The property smelt like mold , the staff was very just get you in and out no words said not friendly at all . Our room was ok . The ac unit on the third floor leaked in to our room the 2 days we were there. The sheets had stains. The elevators barely worked and the one in the parking area didn’t work for over a day.

Awesome experience, we had a balcony to chill outside. And walking distance to the beach and other places walmart restaurants etc etc. Recommend. Staff was amazing!!! Will definitely be back.

I have decided that I am going try out other hotels, this was worst than worst. Our room had a stench smell and the bed itself was dirty because it had someone's deodorant rapper in the bed sheets. I am not sure but we were watching television and the power completely went out three times. If my room was cleaned it usually would have conditioner in the bottle. I am ashamed and all I can do is shake my head. I will never stay at another spark hilton. a really bad experience. And just think I spent almost three hundred dollars for one night. what a rip off. wow. thanks but no thanks!!

No issues at all. It was really convenient and perfect.

Not outdoor pool!

Ok room for 1 night,, took shoes off and socks were black from dirt.. adjoining room had loud ppl and there alarm went off at 6.. but they didn't turn it off until 7😠🙄

Property was clean and had free parking. Breakfast could of been better considering its part of the Hilton chain group same goes for the service of staff memebers.

Very convenient location. Beach across from the Hotel. Easy parking. The hotel itself was clean. The rooms are comfortable with plenty of room. I would definitely stay again. The breakfast was very simple but a quick meal. The pool was inside and very small

Nice stay before cruise

Room was disgusting. Bathroom was dirty, pillow cases all used and wrinkled, and sheets were stanky and blood stained. We had to sweep and mop ourselves. Room reaked of mildew and had black mold! Demand a refund asap!!!!!!

Right across form beach was nice, but we were there 5 days anf 4 nights and never got cleaning service. Had to request more toilet paper, etc. Plus key stopped working after 2 days

Clean

I love the location, the balconies. But the rooms don’t have microwaves, and we had to change rooms cause there was no hot water on the shower.. then got a smaller rm no compensation for the difference no help moving our things was not helpful at all.

don't stay here, hotel stinks like something rotten. Pool is for kids only and extrenely hot, it's inside, and tiny. Hotel is scant, no decor, very bland, would not stay here again.

Staff was amazing and friendly but the room we stayed in looked like a motel 6. It was semi clean but chipped paint in the bathroom and a leak in the ceiling. Was a good location on the seawall.
