Overall very good, but the only negative is that the cost of the parking was very high.

It was such a nice hotel! I loved all the amenities, black out curtains allowed me to get some solid sleep and the front desk staff were super nice and helpful upon my arrival to the iStay hotel in Berlin.

Icke fungerande aircondition. Litet rum. Bra frukost. Generellt dyrt boende, frukost och parkering. Deposition av 100 Euro med återbetalning efter 5-7 bankdagar. Delvis avvisande personal.

Friendly staff, room being on side room in city it was fairly quiet.

When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved. Great spot to get in and out of central Berlin (£12 Uber) and really nice staff on reception.

Das Interieur ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem der Wasserhahn müsste mal ausgetauscht werden. Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend.

We've been going here for years and would highly recommend. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless and its a quiet street. They have snacks and cold drinks to buy if need to. Train and underground is a 5 min walk. Plenty of shops and restaurants in the area.

Ein gutes Hotel, obwohl an einer Hauptstraße trotzdem sehr ruhig inkl. guter Anbindung zu unseren Ausflugszielen. Personal super freundlich!
