Arthur's Quayのバスターミナルから徒歩5分、繁華街の中にあるホテル。WiFiやアメニティなど、室内の設備も十分整っていた。朝食も種類が豊富で大変満足した。

バスタブ付きの部屋を予約していましたが、シャワーのみの部屋でした。。。 そこで、フロントに行って、粘り強く交渉し、バスタブ付きの部屋に交換してもらえました。 全体的に良かったですが、部屋に冷蔵庫があれば、有難いと思います。 ルームキーがないとエレベーターが動かないシステムなので、安全です。

Great location and lovely staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable EXCEPT that the room was stiflingly hot. Not warm. HOT. We had two portable fans blowing all the time, which made it tolerable for sleeping. I understand that the weather in Ireland is unusually warm and not the hotel’s fault but damn. 15 degrees cooler in the hallway The restaurant has delicious food and the breakfast was plentiful and inexpensive. Will try here again in the fall or spring

Room is clean . All you can eat breakfast is fresh but main meal you can’t get by self and you need tell them to get it. Coffee maker was broken in my room so I went to the front reception to tell them the problem same time I asked for a cup of coffee but they said I need pay for it.

It was very clean and comfortable. No complaints!

Everything was wonderful! We loved the room, the staff was very friendly (and even gave us coffee & lunch recommendations in the area!), and the location was very convenient for the activities we had planned. The only downside was the laundry was quite a bit more expensive than we were anticipating, but that maybe have just been us being naive. Overall a great experience!

Great place to stay on our trip.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient - both checkin and checkout went smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciates the 5 Euro credit coupon for each day we did not have Housekeeping. We used these to offset costs in the bar/restaurant. We would book again.
