Arthur's Quayのバスターミナルから徒歩5分、繁華街の中にあるホテル。WiFiやアメニティなど、室内の設備も十分整っていた。朝食も種類が豊富で大変満足した。

バスタブ付きの部屋を予約していましたが、シャワーのみの部屋でした。。。 そこで、フロントに行って、粘り強く交渉し、バスタブ付きの部屋に交換してもらえました。 全体的に良かったですが、部屋に冷蔵庫があれば、有難いと思います。 ルームキーがないとエレベーターが動かないシステムなので、安全です。

Great place to stay on our trip.

The reception staff were very friendly and efficient - both checkin and checkout went smoothly. Our room was comfortable and well appointed. We appreciates the 5 Euro credit coupon for each day we did not have Housekeeping. We used these to offset costs in the bar/restaurant. We would book again.

Rooms were very clean, beds and pillows are super comfortable. Staff was very nice. Food in the restaraunt was fantastic!! Live Irish music was great!

Walking distance from train station. Nice area. Nice restaurant in hotel. Comfortable room.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff member who checked us in must have been one of the most polite men I’ve ever met in my life, truly exceptional service. The only minor concern is the outside noise, which other reviewers have also pointed out. It’s not something the hotel can realistically resolve without major structural changes, so if you’re sensitive to noise, bringing ear plugs is a good idea.

The hotel is very centrally located in Limerick. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff was amazingly friendly. The only downside is that the parking is 2 blocks away, but the staff was amazing at validating and helping us pay. This is definitely a 4 start hotel. The value for the hotel is worth it.

Friendly staff and great location.

The hotel was great. Large rooms with comfy beds. I had dinner in the hotel restaurant it wasn’t great. But overall the hotel and location were excellent

Hotel is clean, restaurant is decent and location was good. We had a front facing room and the bar noise across the street was a bit loud. Overall was happy with the stay.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer zur o`Connell Street und die Fenster sind so schlecht, dass man das piepsen der Fussgängerampel hört. Natürlich ebenso den Autoverkehr und alle Leute, die in der im EG befindlichen Sportsbar vor der Tür stehen. War also etwas lauter und am Morgen waren die Fenster inklusive Ramen richtig nass voller Kondenswasser. Das Personal ist super nett und hilfsbereit und auch die Ausstattung im Hotelzimmmer ist richtig gut. Super Lage und parken kann man im nahegelegenen Parkhaus.
