Olumsuz birşey yaşamadık, herşey gayet iyidi. Bir daha gidecek olursak tekrar tercih edebileceğimiz bir otel.

We were very disappointed with our stay and regret the amount of money we spent on this hotel. The hotel was poorly maintained, and the breakfast was below expectations. During breakfast, the staff repeatedly cleared our plates while we were still eating, making us feel rushed to finish and leave. Vehicles were constantly parked directly in front of the hotel entrance and lobby, apparently without any enforcement or supervision from the management. The parking facilities were inadequate and poorly organized, making it difficult to find a space and adding unnecessary inconvenience. Another major issue was the air conditioning. It was noisy and failed to cool the room properly, making it difficult to get a comfortable night's sleep. The biggest disappointment, however, was the pool and beach area. Both were in a very poor state. Many of the sunbeds had bird droppings on them, and the pool was visibly dirty, with sand clearly accumulated on the bottom. I have never stayed at a hotel where the pool and sunbeds were so neglected and unclean. What was particularly misleading was that the hotel's promotional photos did not accurately show the condition of the pool and beach areas. If these areas had been presented honestly, we would definitely not have chosen this hotel for our holiday. Overall, the hotel did not provide the quality or standards we expected, and it was not worth the price we paid.

Konumu çok iyi merkezde ve kendi plajı var. Park yeri geniş. Yatay konumu 2 katlı binalar erişim kolay. Türk misafir çoğunlukta ama Resepsiyon bilse dahi Türkçe cevap vermiyor. İngilizceniz yoksa sıkıntı. Kahvaltı eh işte, buradaki görevli Ali Bey çok yardımcı oluyor. Kat görevlilerine Türk kökenliler de var, iletişim kolay. Odalar çok temiz, plaj bakımsız, havuz güzel, bazen havuz duşları akmıyor. Fiyat performans oteli. Çocuklu aileler için ideal ve güvenli.

merkezde, temiz oda, havuz. deniz güzel. otoparkı var. kahvaltısı gayet güzel biz türklere göre. dedeagacta daha önce kalmamıştım o yüzden baska bir otelle vs kiyaslayamiyorum. sadece çıkış günümüzdeki resepsiyonist oldukça suratsız idi ama kibardı sorun yaşamadık yine de 1 yıldızı ondan kırmış oldum.

Her gittiğimde memnuniyetle ve keyifle kaldığım bir otel. Merkeze yakınlığı da ayrı bir avantaj.

Her şey iyiydi, ücretsiz otopark vardı. Çalışanlar yardımcı olmaya çalıştılar.

Bu ikinci gelişimiz otele hizmet kalitesini geliştirmiş olduğunu görmek çok güzel kahvaltısını çok beğeniyoruz otel biraz eski ancak bakımı yapılmaya çalışılıyor ve temizliğe Özen gösteriliyor özellikle Resepsiyonda Türk misafir yoğunluğu göz önünde bulundurularak Türkçe bilen personel bulundurulması önemli diye düşünüyorum biz bu tatilden çok memnun kaldık Seneye yine geleceğiz nazik doğum günü jestiniz için çok teşekkür ediyoruz hizmet kalitesinin artarak devam etmesini diliyoruz sevgiler Grace Otel

Two beautiful salt water pools, characterful room, helpful staff and an unbelievably huge, delicious buffet breakfast with everything you could want... plus more greek treats you probably haven't heard of! They upgraded us to a big, deluxe room with a very private balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea. Price was less than we paid in an old hotel in Athens for a tiny room not much bigger than the bed! Alexandroupoli is a perfect counterpoint to Athens... quieter, more welcoming, less "sales-y). The only thing for us North American visitors which takes some getting used to (but which applies in all of Greece) was not being able to flush the toilet paper after you wipe. (A small flip-top garbage can is always provided... blech!!) But it's a small price to pay for visiting one the most historical, beautiful and delicious countries on earth! We would definitely stay here again if we ever make it back!
