最初の3日はとても心地よく過ごせたのですが後半3日は上の階のゲストの騒音で最悪のステイでした。騒音が始まった日にレセプションに苦情を入れ数時間は止まったのですが、その後は一向に収まる事なく子供の走り回る音、椅子を引きずっている音、しまいには子供がおもちゃを落としたらいいのですが断りもなく私たちのパティオに入って来ておもちゃを探している始末。一泊＄３６０も払っているのに家でも経験することのないプライバシー侵害とひどい音に悩まされました。

お部屋はとても広く、見たこともない大きなソファーもありのんびりできました。毎日ルームサービスもしてくれます。とても清潔で快適でした。

最悪なのはカード利用に１．５%の手数料が取られたことです。またインターネット接続のＷＩ－ＦＩ接続が遅く、３０分単位で１００ＭＢしか利用できないことです。それもロビーのみで客室利用は有料となります。飛行場とホテル間の接続はバス利用のみで片道３５ドル／１人かかります。タクシーはありません。事前にバスを予約しないとホテルまでいけません。 エクスペディアでは予約が必要とだけで必須とは書いてありません。注意が必要です。

ホテルのランクとしては良いほうと思えるが従業員の対応がもう一つ宿泊者に優しくない。宿泊者の要求に対し、画一的な対応しかできない。こちらの気持ちを汲んで対応してほしい。ツアーへのお迎えが遅くなり、心配しているのに対応してくれない。

ホテルの施設は普通。料金の割にサービスが悪い。飲み物が高い。部屋の設備は整っている。 飛行場からの移動でタクシーがないので事前の手配が必要。

部屋は広くて、設備も良い。 しかし、まだ全体的に発展途上で、完成されていない。 ホテルの周辺も開拓中で、高級ホテルに行く道中としては風景もイマイチ。 オーシャンビュー側はテラスからの眺めは良いが、反対側は道路と空地の向こうに海が見える程度。

Our room was perfect - spacious, comfortable and overlooking the beach. The pool was nice with plenty of beds. The hotel is in a residential area, so it's nice and quiet but a couple of kilometres into town. The only downside was that we caught the early morning flight from Perth, so arrived at the hotel around 10am and had to wait in reception for 4 hours until our room was ready. I understand check in isn't until 2pm but no attempt was made to adjust the cleaning schedule to allow our room to be available a little earlier.

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay! Staff were incredibly lovely and helpful, the resort is beautiful & the location is perfect. We hope you’re recovering after the cyclone! The stay will be worth the wait <3 rebook, don’t cancel!

Surprisingly spacious, immaculately clean, private and luxurious, and the Pina Coladas were perfect! We enjoyed a very pleasant dinner, swims in the beautiful pool and sea, and walks on the wild almost deserted beaches. An oasis in an amazing part of the world!

Kitchen fully equiped. Linen beautiful and clean. Plenty of towels. Beds comfortable. Pool area clean.

Simply stunning, quiet and relaxing.

Staff were wonderful. Cheerful and helpful. Property is second to none. Never used the pool. never a shaded lounger free! Car required to get around.

I love this hote, it’s the best located hotel in Exmouth and has a perfect combination of very relaxed and casual vibes with lovely rooms and excellent food. Staff are always friendly and accommodating. I’ll be back

Nice big and clean room right next to the pool and beach

We loved our room! It was very clean and very detail so nice! Thank you to everyone! The only issue occurred when I wanted to use the whirlpool bath — it had a significant limescale buildup because it hadn’t been used for a long time. I was very disappointed about this. Although there was a label stating it had been cleaned, if the system isn’t used regularly, limescale can still accumulate in the pipes. But other than that, we loved the stay!!! It was soooo amazingly clean, the bed was amazing, the view incredible, the pool awesome and the Beach wonderful! We had great 6 days and we recommend it to everyone! We will definitely come back if we come back to Australia! Thank you!!

Great size room & very comfortable bed. Very good service throughout reception, restaurant & bar , housekeeping. Lovely large pool, good for laps or just cooling off. Would recommend
