Very clean and hygentic. Very polite and helpful staff. The hotel advertizes that it offers a "continental breakfast" ?? Best Continental Breakfast we have ever experienced anywhere in the world - nearly a complete full breakfast, far better than we ever anticipated. Super friendly and helpful staff ! Looking forward to returning!!

There were 2 issues we had. The water pressure in the shower was somewhat lacking. And, there is a connecting restaurant to the Hotel. However, when we went there for dinner there was only one other couple there. Maybe a 10% off voucher from the Hotel, might attract more customers. The Server had to look around for something to do.

The rooms did not have direct outside access which I didn’t realize would be so inconvenient. The attached dining facility was expensive and the food mediocre. When this hotel was built it was the finest in Medford. It’s definitely showing its age.

This was a great spot for us to stop on a trip with kids and dogs. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly and everything was very clean if dated. Our kids loved the pool. Beds were comfortable although pillows were not, loved having a free breakfast - wish there were more options but will say the breakfast sandwiches were great. Super convenient location too!

Overall a good stay while traveling through.

Staff was great however the room was smelly and dusty , beds were clean and so was the bathroom , but the window drapery was disgusting , lamps were also dirty and walls could use a repaint , breakfast was lovely however i recomend going around 730 after the tour buses have left because its the wild west before that

staff was extremely friendly. The hotel was clean. They do offer to take you in their van to surrounding areas.. I would definitely recommend

It was older but well kept.

The guy who checked me in was aloof. He hates his job but has no ambition, so he treats customers with contempt. Same guy was there a year ago. He did not mention the breakfast, the WiFi or where to park or where my room was. The price is good for what you get. You are deep in trump country but I like Medford nonetheless. Be kind.

Hotel was spotlessly clean which is most important for me. We got a 1st floor room which is essentially the basement. Room itself is dated and needs some sprucing up but it was clean so no complaints. Breakfast was included but nothing healthy was available. It was a good stay for 1 night.
