便利な立地、スタッフの丁寧な対応はコストに見合ったもので満足しました。

床のタイルや内装はアンティークで素敵でしたが階段が急で荷物を運ぶのが大変、その上、お湯がでないことを隠して説明せずに先払いにさせたい事に怒りを感じました。古い建物の故障はしかたがありませんが、始めに説明するべきではないでしょうか。

Pas de chauffage dans les chambres. La propriétaires de lieux qui ouvre la porte (pourtant verrouillée) de la chambre alors que nous dormions encore pour nous demander à quelle heure nous partions. Nous déconseillons cet établissement.

Bra läge. Nära tunnelbana och buss. Sängen var inte skön. Vi kände fjädrarna igenom madrassen. Fanns ingen bäddmadrass. Personalen var trevlig men inte alltid på plats. Svår att få tag på. Extremt dåligt tryck i duschen, vart svårt att duscha. Smutsigt badrum.

Only staff member was high the whole time. Windows were so useless at keeping out noise there may as well have been none. Floor wonky. Bathroom tiles sharp. Mattress filthy. All round hell hole.

Didn’t sleep all night as our rooms were at the front & all you can hear is the traffic

Perfectly nice and everything worked well. Went for cheapest room and was quite cramped so better to spend a bit more and get a bit more room. Everything worked - wifi, hot water, comfy beds etc

I didnt see any problem about the people who work in the reception esp at night, seems not safe, but i git safe actually. About cleanliness, they to improve it, the room that i got were not so presentable, i did booked the cheapest one, but doesnt to be so dirty becoz of the price. The walls, the doorknobs, i dont actually feel stepping on the floor, but i dont have a choice. Hope they improve it. Good thing its near the center, easy access actually.

They cleaned my room every day. There was no sign on the door handle to choose whether I wanted the room to be cleaned or not. After cleaning, the door was left slightly open. My room was on the ground floor, so anyone could have entered easily. Also, the tap in the room did not work properly.

Wonderful, helpful staff. Easy check-in/check-out. Clean and comfortable room.

This is an old property, and the age shows. Room was steaming hot with no apparent way to lower the temperature. Beds were small and uncomfortable. Bedsheet was too small, even for the twin beds, and needed constant refitting. This hotel was picked as it was economical for the area of London, however it would best be described as a hostel in other locations.

Badet hadde myggen på vegg og var særdeles slitt. Rom ok men knøttlite.

Rommet var ok, men badet var ikke bra!!! Det var veldig slitent, møkkete og fryktelig trangt dusjkabinett
