Easy on and off I20

first room I was given smelled bad and was very musty, I asked for another room and it was fine.

Great

Excellent place to stay. Clean and quiet. Breakfast is adequate. Food choices are good; one of the best. Staff is friendly and courteous. Room is clean. Bathroom is spacious. Just one issue: the toilet seat was loose. One of the bolts needs to be replaced.

There wasn’t any body wash in the shower. My husband went to the front desk to retrieve some but no one was available. There was a number to call but no one answered. He waited 15 minutes for someone to return. They finally come in from outside. We did get the soap but it should not have taken 15 minutes. We were on a tight time schedule and needed to leave the hotel soon. Didn’t have time to be waiting around for someone to take a 15 minute smoke break or whatever they were doing.

The staff was great and the hotel and rooms were clean.

Hotel did not alert us that the elevator was out of order.

Excellent service.

The elevator is out of service and was not listed on the website - if not for the wonderful front desk person who helped us get our bicycles to our room on the second floor, I would be incensed that the room fee was non refundable. I had to carry our luggage obviously as well up a flight of steps to get to the room. Hotels should be upfront with this website about such difficulties.

Matt was excellent as a host. Very helpful and friendly. Knows what he is doing.

Elevators didn’t work. Made it difficult with luggage and everything being carried up to the room.

Good location

Elevator wasn’t functioning. Had to use stairs for 3rd floor

We ended up needing to cancel reservation. The property had a broken elevator and our room was on the 3rd floor. I have mobility issues. I don't require an ADA room since I'm not in a wheelchair currently (i have been in the past) so I never want to take one of those rooms away from someone who needs it. But I also am unable to carry luggage and kids up 3 flights of steps. We booked the hotel because of the ability to have connecting rooms with kids each in their own bed. I have a daughter with special needs, so she can't share a bed. We booked with 3rd party booked so the hotel isn't responsible for the booking. Expedia said that it could be canceled with no fee due to the situation. Expedia was very helpful..We still have a pending charge of about $250 on our credit card and hoping that goes away. We ended up going about 15 minutes north to another hotel spending a lot more money, but after driving 13 hours with kids, we needed to sleep.

An organization, and specifically the management staff, that prioritizes customer service. My cab was late and was going to cause me to miss my flight. The staff knew I was in a bind and bailed me out by giving me a ride to the airport. 5 Stars all the way! Thanks, Matt!
