一泊3万円／人は高すぎる。世界の果て価格なのかな？空港送迎を事前にネットでホテルにリクエストしたら、往復でUS$13/人と言われたので断念し、タクシーに3人で乗りました。片道ARP200(¥1200相当)でした。 部屋がちょっと寒い。 掛布団が異常に重かった。 その他は、スタッフもよくやってくれて、静かで眺めも良く、プライベートな浜辺もあって良いホテルです。 再訪は値段次第ですね。

街の中心部から離れていますが、だからこその景色を楽しめます。 街までは無料シャトルバスが出ていますが、本数が少ないので、結局タクシーを使うことの方が多かったです。 設備や部屋の広さ、清潔さ、などはもちろん問題ありません。 夕食をホテルのレストランでいただきましたが、ウシュアイア名物のカニ料理は、どれも大変美味しく、大満足でした。 空港までのタクシーに乗る際、妻の荷物を係りの人が忘れてしまったことぐらいしか、マイナス点は見つかりません。 ウシュアイアに泊まるのでしたら、ぜひ！

Such an incredible hotel! The views are out of this world! I highly recommend! And make sure to use the spa. It's all included with the exception of the massages. They also have a cool dome at Cerro Castro that you can enjoy a snack and beverage while you're skiing. So glad I stayed here!

Nos primeiros três dias de nossa estadia o aquecimento da piscina estava inoperante. Além do pedido de desculpas , somente no terceiro dia nos ofereceram o acesso a um outro spa . Inviável no inverno com -8 graus exterior..... Os funcionários são muito atenciosos , mas, numa refeição noturna, recebemos o pedido um tanto frio por erro de uma atendente que deixou o pedido por um bom tempo na espera para nos servir, nos compensaram com uma sobremesa. Apesar das ocorrências consideramos o hotel Muito Bom e recomendável.

Great location beautiful

Beautiful resort, cozy common areas, and incredibly helpful staff, especially with booking activities. The restaurant was excellent for dinner and very patient with us as we stayed up late watching World Cup games. The beagle channel view is amazing from the room and from the lobby. And it’s very easy to get into town and back with the shuttle or an Uber/taxi. We loved our stay here.

Não tivemos uma boa experiência, solicitei berço e ao chegar no quarto não tinha e só levaram de madrugada, tem horários para crianças fazerem uso da piscina, mesmo acompanhada dos pais e as crianças não podem fazer o uso da jacuzzi. Nos deparamos com um rato no corredor.

Lo disfrutamos mucho! Me parece una de las mejores opciones para quedarte. Tienen un transporte para llevarte y regresarte al hotel, eso tiene mucho valor! Su comida fue buena, solo su sopa de mariscos me decepcionó ya que era puro caldo y estaba sin sabor. La habitación fue muy cómoda. El spa fue increíble y sus jacuzzi fueron siempre limpios. Lo súper recomiendo, espero regresar algún día!

This is a great hotel and stands out for it's service more than anything else. Without the service and attentiveness from the staff, this could easily be a 4 star review for me but the staff is excellent. Even in the restaurant they accommodate special requests for food without hesitation. In terms of planning, this hotel is not exactly in the main downtown but a little bit outside, their location is actually beautiful against the water and mountain backdrop. However the hotel has a shuttle service that serves the need. We tried the SPA and was generally good. Breakfast was average but for the Argentina standards (as we saw in other hotels), this can be called comparable. I just wish people would start using a bit more imagination for breakfast, if you are staying more than a couple of days, the breakfast will get very repetitive. For people who are hiking, you can utilize the sneakers cleaning service from the hotel laundry section, but plan in advance as they need 48 hours.

Great spot for the price in off season - the Spa wasn’t very good, sauna & hot tubs weren’t very hot + the massage was average. Nice that they had free shuttles into town throughout the day & a solid gym!

O hotel é excelente, estrutura do hotel é maravilhosa , spa e piscinas funcionando perfeitamente, temperatura da agua , atenção da funcionaria do SPA nota 10. Quartos confortaveis e silenciosos, ficamos com vista para o mar e foi maravilhoso. Funcionarios foram super pretatativos e educados. Unico senão é o café que é muito bom mas pode melhorar um pouco mais, mas repito o café é muito bom , mas pode melhorar. Eu recomendo esse hotel e afirmo ser sem duvida estar entre os 3 melhores hoteis de Ushuaia. Agradeço a cordialiadede dos seus funcionarios.

Every meal we ate was delicious and all the staff were so wonderful and friendly. Loved the front desk staff and everyone in the restaurant. Breakfast was divine
