Moreton-in-MarshのBlockleyという地域にあるホテル。コッツウォルズ周遊時の宿泊目的として滞在したが、Blockleyには大手のスーパーは一軒も無く、レストランも数件しかないので、街そのものには魅力は少ないが、人出も少ないので静かに滞在できるのが魅力とも言える。 ホテルは多くの離れが集まったような感じでプライベート感が良かった。部屋の設備は必要最小限だが不満は無し。タオル掛けが壊れかかっていたのが少しマイナス。 無料の朝食はフルイングリッシュブレックファストを選択したが、とても美味しく頂けた。 キフツガーデンにも20分程で行けるので、コッツウォルズ周遊時のホテルであまり観光地中心を好まない人にはおススメだと思う。

特別問題もなく泊まれました。

Blockley は Cotswolds ではマイナーだが、 ハチミツ色の建物がたくさんある小さな村で、 歩いて観光するにはちょうど良い大きさ ホテルは1575年に建てられたハチミツ色の石造りで、 雰囲気は抜群 村にはコンビニ程度のShopとパブが1軒があるだけなので、 このホテルで食事をすることになるが、 レストランの質、雰囲気、共にとても良く、満足 支配人（？）らしき男性がとても気さくで、 いろいろ話を聞かせてくれた

The room was quite basic but was comfortable. Breakfast was nicely presented and staff very friendly.

Great location in a beautiful little village. Very quiet and unique. 15 min drive from Moreton. We are really enjoyed staying there. Stuff is very helpful. Village has a beautiful coffee shop and grocery store that has all essentials. Definitely recommend is you are in need of quality time, but still need to reach London in 1,5 hours.

Welcoming Receptionist, a room in a separate building at the back of the carpark is quite with nice view . Handy carpark though not much room for a bigger car if one arrives after 5 p.m. B

It was ok. Staff was fine. The room could use a bit of updating. The biggest problem was lack of airflow. I wasn’t expecting air conditioning but there was no cross breeze at all and the room was very stuffy. The fan helped a bit but it was difficult to sleep. The days after we were there were even warmer so I’m not sure if it would be bearable.

Nice inn style hotel with adorable staff and a perfect location in a quaint village in the Cotswolds.

We thought this hotel was in Morton in Marsh. We thought Blockly was the county. It wasn't. The hotel is located in Blockley which is a tiny hamlet with no other commercial establishment except a pub and coffee shop, located 8 miles from Morton with almost no public transportation, making it expensive to go anywhere. The hotel restaurant is excellent, though, especially the Lamb shank,

Over all the experience was great the men in the hotel were super and eager to please. Very friendly and helped out with all our requests

We were on a walking holiday, so this was a welcome stop. Although the room was small, it was well appointed, though the shower could have been cleaner. Unfortunately, a gas issue meant there was no hot dinner service. The manager did a great job of rustling up cold cuts, and we weren’t charged, which was appreciated. There was also no hot water in the morning, but the breakfast they were able to provide was still welcome.

Stay was fabulous and staff was really helpful, if I would have more vegan food options I would have rated the stay 5⭐

The room was spotless, cozy and had everything I needed. The staff were amazing. So friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Located in the heart of the village.
