エレベーターが動いていない。照明が暗い。ドアボーイがスマホで遊んでいる。

エレベーターのボタンが故障していたり、動く度に壊れているのでは？という音が鳴ったりかなり怖いです。部屋自体はシンプルで泊まるだけ、という感覚なら困ることはありません。ルームキーは何故か1日経つと使えなくなっているので毎晩、外出から帰る度に更新してもらっていました。

メキシコ在住3年日本人です。 メキシコシティセントロに近くで、無料駐車場もあり値段を考えると大満足です。 シャワーも湯が出ますし、温度調整も完全にできました。ただ、メキシコに不慣れな人には厳しいかも。。。まず英語は通じません。建物は古く窓が空きにくい、床のカーペットのしみ、トイレのブラインドが閉まらない　浮浪者が周りで寝ているなど、日本の常識とは全く違いますよ。

La alberca no estaba limpia, se veía que tenía unos 2 días ya que había muchos insectos. No tiene remodelaciones. Los colchones tenían pelusa y manchas. Las habitaciones estimaban muy chicas. Las alfombras y muebles están sucias y con mucho polvo

Oscar, the hall keeper was very nice and helpful, but the office staff didn't really know how to care about customers. During my booking, over the app, they show pictures of a clean and recently renewed room, but the roomwe got was horrible, stained carpet, room seems like cracked by the last earthquake. I proceeded to the lobby, and the office staff said they had some better rooms at extra cost, we had an event soon to start, so, instead of finding better hotel, I did pay the extra $600 pesos. During our stay, the heat didn't let me rest confortable even when they lent me a fan. It was quiet and peaceful, yea, bus surroundings are not what I like During a family trip. Restaurant closes early and remains closed on Sundays, parking is limited to 9 vehicles, and swimming pools was dirty... later that night we learned that filters were not working, I really hope not to get sick or skin problems... even though, they never offered a discount or free future night. SINCERELY, THIS WAS MAY 1ST AND LAST CHANCE FOR THIS PLACE.

Para pasar una noche no está mal por el precio, la alberca un poco sucia y descuidada, los baños de la habitación están sucios con moho y se encierra el calor bastante y la pantalla no hay que ver

El personal femenino de administración es pesima

Es el primer hotel que llego y no te ofrecen agua en la habitación, las toallas de baño olían raro y desagradable, al destender la cama, me percaté que no estaba aseada la cama porque tenía cabellos como si ya la ubieran usado, no tienen ventilador en la habitación.

Muy bien en la limpieza de la habitación y buen trato de todo el personal del hotel y seguro

Habitacion limpia, bien iluminada, agua caliente todo el día, me sentí muy segura dentro del Hotel.

La habitación limpia a secas, personal amable, puede que no tengas lugar seguro en el estacionamiento, tengan cuidado con el guardia del mismo, mi vehículo me lo rayaron y por la evidencia se ve que fue intencional y no se hacen responsables, hay uds saben si se arriesgan, en conclusión no recomendable
