エレベーターが動いていない。照明が暗い。ドアボーイがスマホで遊んでいる。

エレベーターのボタンが故障していたり、動く度に壊れているのでは？という音が鳴ったりかなり怖いです。部屋自体はシンプルで泊まるだけ、という感覚なら困ることはありません。ルームキーは何故か1日経つと使えなくなっているので毎晩、外出から帰る度に更新してもらっていました。

メキシコ在住3年日本人です。 メキシコシティセントロに近くで、無料駐車場もあり値段を考えると大満足です。 シャワーも湯が出ますし、温度調整も完全にできました。ただ、メキシコに不慣れな人には厳しいかも。。。まず英語は通じません。建物は古く窓が空きにくい、床のカーペットのしみ、トイレのブラインドが閉まらない　浮浪者が周りで寝ているなど、日本の常識とは全く違いますよ。

Es un bonito hotel bastante limpio y muy céntrico, la alberca estaba limpia y todo se encontraba en orden, súper recomendable

The rooms are super small. The TV and furniture are super old. The bed looked terrible. The front staff are rude. There is no air conditioning or a fan available. No refrigerator. There is nothing good about this place.

Es un hotel muy bien ubicado, céntrico, a pesar del tiempo que tiene lo mantienen bien. Las almohadas podrían mejorar pero en general excelente en relación calidad precio, igual alguna recepcionista del turno vespertino mal encarada pero el resto del personal desde los guardias de la entrada, recepcionistas, limpieza, etc., súper amables.

El hotel está bien ubicado, pero es muy viejo, descuidado , no tiene aire acondicionado ni ventilador, la alberca está muy sucia el Fondo verde , el Baño olía a caño, las camas súper duras y sueña aplatico cada que te mueves , no hay ni una lámpara de noche , no ponen ni una botella de agua , las sábanas remendadas ,las paredes sucias , hay humedad , para que te presten el control de la TV hay que dejar 100 pesos que cuando regresas el control te los regresan, la cortina es horrible y hay que abrir la ventana para que no esté tan caliente debido a que no hay aire, es como hotel de paso pero feo. El pero al de recepción no es amable , si quieres salir un poco más tarde te cobran 500 extra . La alberca claramente no nos metimos por lo sucia .

La alberca no estaba limpia, se veía que tenía unos 2 días ya que había muchos insectos. No tiene remodelaciones. Los colchones tenían pelusa y manchas. Las habitaciones estimaban muy chicas. Las alfombras y muebles están sucias y con mucho polvo

Oscar, the hall keeper was very nice and helpful, but the office staff didn't really know how to care about customers. During my booking, over the app, they show pictures of a clean and recently renewed room, but the roomwe got was horrible, stained carpet, room seems like cracked by the last earthquake. I proceeded to the lobby, and the office staff said they had some better rooms at extra cost, we had an event soon to start, so, instead of finding better hotel, I did pay the extra $600 pesos. During our stay, the heat didn't let me rest confortable even when they lent me a fan. It was quiet and peaceful, yea, bus surroundings are not what I like During a family trip. Restaurant closes early and remains closed on Sundays, parking is limited to 9 vehicles, and swimming pools was dirty... later that night we learned that filters were not working, I really hope not to get sick or skin problems... even though, they never offered a discount or free future night. SINCERELY, THIS WAS MAY 1ST AND LAST CHANCE FOR THIS PLACE.

Para pasar una noche no está mal por el precio, la alberca un poco sucia y descuidada, los baños de la habitación están sucios con moho y se encierra el calor bastante y la pantalla no hay que ver
