総合評価とレビュー Ten Hill Place

クリスマスシーズンだったのですが、ホテルの内装が素敵で、特にレストランのインテリアがクリスマスにぴったりで、ムードを盛り上げてくれて凄く良かったです。また、駅からは、徒歩圏内ですが距離がありましたが、行きたい観光スポットや劇場には凄く近かったので、便利でした。 滞在途中で出入り口が２つあることに気づき、出かける際の行き来がとても便利になりましたが、ホテルから説明がなかった点は少し残念でした。 また滞在したいなと思います。

立地は良い。申込時は浴槽の写真がある広い部屋を予約したが、チェックイン時には浴室の部屋が無いと言われた。夜中にトイレの音が何回もうるさかった。

Customer service was excellent. The room was very nice with a clean, modern bathroom & spacious shower. We were able to walk to lots of sights and shops in town. There are also great transit options if you want to get somewhere in a hurry

We stayed for 3 nights at the end of June ~ hotel is located within a walk to Royal Mile and is located on a quiet street. Room was clean and beds were comfortable. Would stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. Just a few blocks from Royal Mile. Walkable to all the touristy things in Old Town.

Super service, godt værelse, god beliggenhed og god morgenmad. Alle vi var i kontakt med på hotellet gav sig tid til at forstå og besvare vores spørgsmål med et smil på læben og stor imødekommenhed. Stor ros til personalet. Hvis lejligheden byder sig, vil vi helt sikkert bo på Ten Hill Place igen. De eneste små forbedringsforslag er en lidt bredere seng og Nyhedskanaler på TV

Wonderful couple of days at Ten Hill Place, from the front desk to the restaurant, bar and house keeping staff we were made to feel welcome in this lovely hotel. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Very spacious and quiet

Great hotel - pity about the location (bit run down)

Nice place, large rooms, plenty of space. Large bathroom and shower. Fridge is a bonus. Close to Edinburgh city centre. Everywhere was walkable. Parking was close but the hotel discount was for only one 24hr period so if you are staying longer you will end up paying full price.

Rummet o badrummet är stora o bekväma, jag fick ett rum på den nya delen, var ganska tyst då det ligger på en liten gata som är inte mkt trafik på med promenad avstånd till sevärdheter.

Rezeption sehr freundlich. Ruhige Lage, in ca.20min. am Haymarket. Schmaler (furchtbar zum Einparken), teurer (20GBP) Parkstreifen für höchstens 6 Autos. Dusche in der Wanne, um 6Uhr früh nur lauwarmes Wasser. Helligkeit im Raum könnte stärker sein. Verwinkelte Gänge, riecht überall stark nach Desinfektions-/Putzmittel. Frühstück o.k.

The staff was lovely. Food service considerate due to party member with multiple allergies, which were all accommodated. Rooms could have had two suitcase trays. Otherwise well appointed & very clean rooms.

Really nice hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was large, great views towards Arthur’s Seat. Easy walk to Old Town with good food and shopping options.

Robert at the Check in desk was phenomenal. It was the best check in experiance I've ever had in a hotel in over 40 years. Robert even printed out directions for me to ensure I made it ontime for my tour pf the Highlands.

The Hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and shops. The Hotel staff greeted my husband and I with professionalism and with a smile.

Great property in a great location. Rooms are modern and fully renovated. Hotel is located just away from the madness of old town but totally walkable. Staff are excellent and very helpful.
