The hotel is in a GREAT place. It’s a ten minute walk to the train station and metro, it’s right along the river with beautiful views. If you walk over the bridge you are right next to a huge mall and shopping area. I think the customer service is lacking. The cleaning staff is lazy. I didn’t feel welcome at all and it took forever to check in because they couldn’t find my reservation. There was no toilet paper in the bathroom, they didn’t give me fresh sheets throughout my stay nor refresh the toiletries...... but I guess you get what you pay for. The hotel was very inexpensive.
