非常に良いホテルでした！アクセスは悪いので、セルカニアスとバスを併用していくのが良いかと。公共交通機関だとアトーチャ駅から45分ぐらいは見ておいた方がよいです。

全体的には良かったです。部屋は清潔でしたし広かったです。スタッフの対応も良かったです。ただ、4つ星にも関わらず英語に多少の不安を覚えるフロントスタッフがいたのは少し残念でした。朝食の種類も限られているので、多少飽きてしまいました。ホテルへの道の途中にゲートがあります。タクシーの運転手がこのホテルを知らない場合、「有人ゲートでホテルメルカデルに行くと伝えれば通行料は取られない」と伝える必要があります。

バスルームが、水浸しになっていて、部屋を変えてもらった。対応は、悪くなかったが、施設としては、問題。

Buenas instalaciones

First, the staff is great and welcoming. The breakfast is fantastic as well. There are many options and everything is restocked right away. The things I didn’t like was the noises in the hallway and we heard a noise of a woman screaming at 4 something AM that scared both of us. Also, the location is far from the city and the taxi drivers mentioned to us that they need to have permission to access that area.

Fue genial. La sola cosa es que en el habitacion hacía calor y no pude cambiar los degrados. Así dormí con las ventanas abierto. Tambien es un poco lejo afuera de la ciudad, necesitas a usar coche o uber a ir al centro de Madrid
