Acá el tiempo de salida me marcaba hasta el 29 de septiembre y desalojaron a mis familiares a las 12:00 pm del día 28 de septiembre cuando ellos llegaron a las 5:00 am

La limpieza no me pareció muy buena, la zona algo descuidada, el trato del personal fue muy bueno.

Está súper limpio

Sucio, toallas rotas,

La alberca debería tener agua templada

Excelente opción para hospedarse de última hora!

No me hicieron validad la reservación que se realizó por línea y no me regresaron el dinero tuve que volver a pagar el hospedaje, mal servicio

Hola soy Luis, en general muy bien muy buen servicio y atencion incluyendo el peronal de el restaurante las abitaciones muy limpias, la ubicación exelente y accesible para transportartey las areas comunes muy agradables en general muy contento con mi estancia

La zona esta bien esta muy centrico hay de todo y el hotel muy comodo para llegar y poder caminar un poco, la verdad si lo recomiendo

I have stayed her multiple times and the service, quality, and staff are always the same. This is my go to hotel when I need to stay at a hotel in the area. The staff are always friendly, helpful and provide excellent service. The hotel is always clean and what I expect as a guest. I have never had a complaint when staying at the hotel. The times I have eaten at the restaurant has always been a great experience as well. The food has been delicious and a good variety.

Excelete servicio solo que la zona esta un poco fea poca iluminación en la calles aledañas, el cuarto estuvo bien solo la regadera no funcionaba bien y a la cafetera le faltaba el porta capsulas, el restaurante excelente buena comida

Always great place to stay. Whenever I stay in Puebla this is my go to place. Conveniently located next to CAPU.

I like that is very close to the main bus station in Puebla, but the room I got, looked more like a motel roon than a hotel room to be honest. The towels looked like they seen better days.
