兎に角ひどかった。フロントは一人で時間かかる。そのマネジャーとかいう女性は客の応対をほったらかしで清掃の女性と喋ってる。ロビーには外部の近隣の人が入ってきて弁当を食べてる。清掃の女性はロビーのソファーに座って休んでる。こんなホテル見たことない。hotel.comのホテルリストから外すべき。何がQuality Innだと言いたい。

Falta,mantenimiento

This hotel was completely run down, the room smelled like the people before smoked heavily, smelled highly of cigarettes and the room was non smoking. Didnt offer a different room. The locks did not work, the curtains were falling off the rod, the tiles were loose and broken in the bathroom, the shower rod was falling off the wall. The room had no hot water and the key card kept not working. We had to get our key rest 6 times and only stayed 2nights. Great location but horrible hotel to stay at.

Honestly, that was a really horrible experience runs or dirty locks at the door broken customer service horrible they working on the hotel they they shouldn’t be open. All is walking around getting the all stuff they’re taking out from the rooms bathroom really bad no hot water. All TVs.

Horrible experience!! Rooms are dirty and smelly, like cigarette smoke, mold and bleach, makes it hard to breathe. Hotel in general is bad! Needs major renovations, not just a Micky mouse paint job, location is terrible also, excessive traffic noise and druggies partying all night going in and out of the rooms. This hotel shouldn't be allowed to operate due to health & inhumane conditions. Felt ripped off!! Not what they have advertised or what is expected. Definitely not worth $112 a night, not even half of that!! Complete mistake!! Better off sleeping in your car...

The property had no hot water! It was filthy and really should falling apart. STAY AWAY!!! I have pictures but there is no photo uploading features on this review.

Nothing everything was in bad condition

The place looks derelict. When i checked in I was told immediately that the they were doing some renovations. I was also informed that no breakfast was being served. This is an amenity I look for when choosing a hotel. There were pipes across walkways that were trip hazards. As someone with walking issues it forced me to walk off the path to avoid the pipes. The room door handle was loose. The kingsize bed had a hollow divot on one side so the only comfort was to sleep sideways. The office chair was torn up. I am reaching out to Comfort Suites group as the advertising on the website did not specify lay out the renovation issues or the change in amenities as noted when registering. This is false advertising. The price should have reflected this. (Photos wont upload)

Worst hotel we’ve stayed at probably ever. Just real dumpy. Super old and just had that icky feeling.

I was there from monday til friday. It was the worst hotel i have ever been in. I booked room with fridge and microwave. No microwave. I ask 3 times for one. Ice machine was broke. I had no hot water the entire time there. I will be in San Bernadino for a couple of months but never will go back there.

It was the most run-down, dirty, stinky hotel I have ever stayed at.

This property is under construction and is very not good the location to bad place

There are many shady people lurking around the motel. Beds are very uncomfortable. Tons of construction materials in the open almost fell. Room smelled like old clothes. Almost 2 hours before we could check in.

Peacefull good customer service

The lights in the room don't work, there's a smell of cigarettes, there's a lot of noise, there's very little soap available, I had a very unpleasant night.

The room is so hot as if heater is on evev though the ac is working.

First off the front desk did not tell me that you have to pull up on door handle to open, had to go all the way back around and got a different room, and had ants , and the bathtub did not have a stopper to give granddaughter a bath, there was a cover from a razor in drain. No chair to sit in.
