お部屋が広く、使いやすい形でした。 前日、ダニエリにお世話になりました、確かにステキでしたが、 こちらのホテルに連泊すればよかったと思いました。 また、空港までの最短ルートを教えてくださり、手配もしてくれました。

おぉ，何たることか？　大理石の階段を上がると，壁から天井まで壮大な絵画で埋め尽くされた大広間が2部屋．同様の装飾が施された隣の部屋で王侯貴族の気分になって朝食を取り，またとない空間を独占できました．美術の知識は持っていませんが部屋の鑑賞料100€程度が宿泊料に含まれていると考えても価値あります．　K.I.　Japan

空調が冷房しかないのか、少々寒かった。 フロントの人の数が少ない。 朝食はとても良かった。 朝食の時、女性スタッフの対応はとても良かった。 夕食もとても良かった。

立地はかなり良いです。リアルト橋まで徒歩3分程度ですが、少し外れてるのでベネチアにしては静かですし、水上バスの駅からも近くて便利です。 全体にスタッフが少なくラグジュアリーホテルとしては物足りない印象です。3人の旅行のためにジュニアスィートと予約しましたが、スィートにアップグレードしてくれました。しかし、スィートとは言え屋根裏部屋のような407は勧めません。まず、部屋の形が変形、窓がほとんど無いので閉塞感があります。また、部屋の中に段差があり、それだけでも使いにくいです。ソファに座って壁を見つめるしかないレイアウトも疑問。 タオルやアメニティは満足できましたので、普通に四角くて明るい部屋ならルームサービスもあるし、良いと思います。 朝食は高くて種類も少ないし、コーヒーも美味しくないのでつける必要ないかなと。

このサイトの評価が高かったので宿泊しましたが、最悪でした。世界中の5星ホテルに泊まっていますが、サービス、朝食、部屋の快適度特にハウスキーパーが最悪でした。部屋のティッシュが無くなっているにもかかわらず補充されていなかったり、あとチェックアウト後5分くらいしてすぐに忘れ物に気がついたのでホテルに連絡し探してもらったら、無いの一点張りでとても5星のホテルとは思えませんでした。旅慣れた5星のホテルによく泊まる方には全くお勧めできません。本当に最悪でした。

家族3人でトリプルルームに滞在した。部屋はとても広く美しい。バスルームも広く、機能的でバスタブもたっぷりとしたスペースで快適。建物そのものがエレガントで贅沢な気分に浸ることができる、大人のためのホテル。

スペシャルではないが、雰囲気を味わうには良い。　場所も便利。

The rooms are outdated. They desperately need to be renovated.

Room was very clean and our terrace was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is spectacular with its history and decoration you feel very special from arriving on the entrance from the dock on the Grand canal. But the real treasure is the staff of the Ca Segredo who all did everything they could to make our stay a truly wonderful experience. Thank you all we can't wait to come back 😎

Tout était parfait . Seule chose gênante il faisait très chaud dans la chambre bien que nous ayons couper le thermostat

El hotel me pareció viajó nuestra habitación tenía ventanas en el techo y entraba la luz por la mañana, sin nada de visibilidad. Además el aire acondicionado lo mantien apagado. No me pareció para más un hotel 5 estrellas, pedimos cambio de habitación porque nuestro cuarto no tenía nada de ventanas con vista y todo era costo adicional.

The hotel is really beautifully decorated, keeping up with Venizian style, spacious and clean. The reason for lower rating are the following: 1/no complementary water in the room (small water bottles available in mini bar for €8!). Water is such a basic necessity I would have expected from a 5* hotlel, 2/ no kettle not coffee machine in rooms, 3/ Cleaning staff was entering our room every evening without knocking and didn't speak English.

Fue una excelente vista a Venecia, la vista de la habitación era extraordinaria, se veía el Gran Canal y las Góndolas junto al Hotel, la atención de Francisco en la recepción fue muy muy amable, nos dio recomendaciones para visitar lugares y donde comer, excelente la comida, una gran estancias, muchas gracias.

Beautiful clean room, very helpful staff. Strongly recommended.

The wi fi was terrible No wifi in the rooms, The restaurante close 2 30 pm . The service is not aquaried for a 5 star Luxury Hotel
