建物は少々古いが、最高のロケーションとナイスビューでリーズナブルなアパートメントです。 広々として清潔な部屋に、フルキッチン、ランドリー、独立エアコンで、隣のバーでの週末ライブ中も 窓を閉めれば、殆ど聞こえないほど静かでした。 目の前のビーチがちょうどスティンガーネット（夏季）のある遊泳可能場所で、しかも遊泳用の照明があり、夜の海で見る星空は格別でした。管理人さんも親切なご夫婦で、飼い犬の黒プードルも人懐っこく癒されました。

You can’t beat the location. Apartment has everything you need including a furnished balcony to watch the pedestrians, beaches, and beachside activities! The room was clean, simple, and everything we needed! The AC was a great way to welcome us back each day after our activities. The hosts were excellent and provided us with great recommendations for activities over our stay. We would highly recommend if you’re looking for a no frills, clean apartment in an outstanding location!

Thank You so much to Rhonda and Chris for having us. We arrived late in the evening, and unfortunately havent catched the procedure of late arrival. Fortunately Rhonda came and saved us. The apertment got all conviences we needed, and the view from the balcony was stunning - right out to the sea. We will definitely stay at Marlin Waters next time we are travelling to Palm Cove.

This property was in the perfect beach location, directly across from the safe swim area. The woman working at reception was very helpful, kind, nice. The outside of the building could use a little updating. The decor is basic, but clean. We would recommend this place.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Although basic, the apartment was very comfortable, spacious and well kept with a fantastic view of the ocean. Helpful, friendly managers and excellent location. We enjoyed falling asleep and waking to the sound of the waves and would certainly choose to stay here again.

Great location with views of the beach. Modern furniture and very comfortable bed. Great place to stay for a couple with kitchen facilities. Lift was very handy as stayed on the 4th floor. Would definitely stay again.

Nice size, location and friendly staff.

The location of Marlin Waters is fantastic....right in the middle of everything and directly opposite the netted swimming area. The Surf Club is right next door and a host of restaurants are within short walking distance. Our apartment was spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the water. Rhonda was wonderful and so helpful after our flight was cancelled and we had to rush off to catch an earlier flight. In our haste to leave, we left our car keys behind which Rhonda kindly found and mailed back. We would definitely recommend a stay at Marlin Waters!

Sparkling clean apartment right across the road from the swimming net. Rhonda offered a pleasant discount for meals and drinks at the local Irish pub.

Great location, spacious apartment & Rhonda was a fountain of local knowledge. I liked that access was from behind apartments & not from through a reception area.

Fantastic location loved the fact that it is a stones throw to the beach. Our apartment was very spacious and had everything we needed. The pool area could do with an update, very hot during the middle of the day, could do with some umbrellas for shade.

The position of the units is perfect. The beach is straight across the street and you walk to cafes and restaurants. Rhonda was very helpful and informative. The bed was extremely comfortable. Everything was perfect. Had a great stay.
