シャワー温度が不安定。

翌日早朝発のバスに乗る予定だったので、バスターミナルのすぐ近くにあったのでこのホテルを選んだが、プールもあり非常に快適だった。但し、部屋に電子レンジが無かったのが残念だった。

The building is very old but they are trying to be clean.

スリッパと歯ブラシセットがあると尚、よかった。また現地は寒かったため、バスタブがある部屋だと尚よかったです。

電球が壊れており、修理していただいたが、うまくいかず点滅状態が続いた。 ２０aの部屋は外が見えず、牢屋のようだった。

Looks ok from the outside, lobby is really nice and the staff were friendly and attentive, unfortunately the rest of the hotel just doesn’t meet the same standard. The place is old and tired and is in desperate need of a renovation, dirty stained carpets, paper thin walls, creaking floors, peeling paint in the room you name it. Did I mention it’s like a favela in Brazil, it’s like a maze challenge to find your room. Mercure hotels used to be premium, clearly not anymore. I won’t be returning

Room 32. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom fan was not functioning. It would be good to see these faults repaired. The House staff should also be made aware to report faults.

It’s a great shame that a lovely heritage hotel does not get the respect it deserves. My room was not satisfactorily cleaned as housekeeper left beds poorly made, carpet not vacumed and did not replace used glasses. Shower was mouldy and window sills and skirting boards dirty and dusty.

Old school charm, clean and brilliant value for money. Would stay again.

Reception staff member was lovely! Location is perfect 👌 The room was comfortable. Probably could have some plates & cutlery, however there is a cafe on hand too!

Clean big rooms, staff were so friendly and welcoming.. close to the Murray River and cafes, restaurants, shops. My girls loved the pool. We enjoyed our stay.
