とても素晴らしい

建物自体に少し古さは感じるものの、とても清掃が行き届いており清潔感があります。 グアナファトらしくカラフルで、こじんまりしていて可愛らしいホテルです。

Hotels.comで1king BedのJunior Suite を予約しました。Junior Suiteの写真には広いリビングエリア、浴槽があり部屋の大きさも70平米との説明がありました。 しかし実際チェックインしてみると、部屋は30平米、浴槽はなくシャワーのみ、ベッドはクイーンサイズ一台、と全く違ったので、フロントに尋ねると、案内した部屋が間違いなくJunior Suiteとのこと。Hotels.com にJunior Suite ととして掲載されている部屋はMaster Suite だと言われました。 今の部屋の詳細を知っていたら予約しなかった、と伝えたら「18:30まで待って貰えたら写真とおなじ部屋に追加料金なしで案内できます。」との事で、3時間待って部屋を替えて頂きました。 フロントをはじめスタッフは親切だし、ホテル内も美しく非日常を楽しむのに素晴らしい場所です。 プールも温水で、屋外だけでなくSPAエリアにも自由に使える室内プールがあります。 部屋はシャワーにメキシコ特有の石灰が詰まっていて水の出が悪かったですが、浴槽も広くて深くて良かったです。アメニティはロクシタンです。 部屋の件がなければもっと好印象のホテルでした。予約を取る際には、ホテル側にきちんと確認した方がいいです。ベッドサイズは特に注意です。ホテルHPやホテル予約サイトに掲載されている説明や写真と全く違う部屋になる可能性があります。

宿泊する前から変更等の情報をメールでやりとりすることができました。また、エントランスを入ると外見からでは想像できないほどの空間が広がっており、グアナファトのまちなみを凝縮しているようでした。スタッフの対応はどなたも丁寧で、英語でも対応してくれました。助かりました。

部屋は清潔で、広く、くつろげる。 なぜかジャグジのお湯は砂まじり。 立地がグアナファト中心部から離れているため、環境的には静かであるが、中庭に面するレストランのBGMや喋り声が夜１２時頃までは聞こえてくるため、案外うるさい。また、上の階の音なども聞こえる。 ホテルの従業員は英語が話せない人が多いが、にこにこしていて親切でとてもよい。 清掃も行き届いており、部屋に干した洗濯物までたたんでくれていた。 ホテル内のレストランはおいしくない。 事前にたのめば、レオン空港まで送迎可（有料）。

部屋もベッド、浴室、空調、BGMに至るまで居心地良いホテルです。クリスマス前で、あらゆる所にメキシコ原産のポインセチアが置かれてます。プール、サウナ、スパもありおすすめホテルです。

The entire property is beautiful and immaculately maintained and the staff is professional and friendly. The location is perfect. The center of town is an easy walk away and, in the opposite direction, there is a pretty dam with ducks. There are also several good restaurants within a five minute walk. The hotel restaurant is also excellent.

Super clean great service very comfortable

This is a lovely hotel with beautiful, large, classy rooms that have a bit of a colonial feel, and the property has several extra benefits with two pools and spa facilities, We loved the location slightly outside of the very crowded historic center, making our stay move quiet and less chaotic. Bed was very comfortable, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the housekeeping is exceptionally professional. However, there are a few things that could be improved to make this truly a 5 star stay. Most notably, the hotel plays constant music throughout the hotel starting early in the morning (around 7am) that completely disrupts the tranquility of the place. You hear it at the pool, sitting outside for a meal, and even in your rooms and it's mostly like 80s disco and rock, completely out of place for the atmosphere of the hotel. It's so unnecessary and annoying. The second area that doesn't meet the potential of the hotel is the food. We ate at the restaurant twice and had room service once and in all three occasions it was gouts poor quality, especially for the prices they charged

Pésima atención del personal

No puede ser que Arturo que atiende en recepción no sepa hacer una factura. Tenía una junta y llegué tarde no obstante antes de desayunar se las pedí, y se tardó posteriormente casi una hora para hacerla. Al final le dejé los datos esperando que me la enviaran. Un día después no lo ha enviado. Porque ponen a una persona que no está capacitada para hacerlo.se comunico telefónicamente con tres personas para que lo auudaran. ayudaran. No puede ser.

Todo muy bien, sólo las temperaturas de las albercas subterráneas, es lamentable que ya no estén tan calientes como antes
