地下鉄からも5分くらいで便のよいホテルでした。 朝食やウェルカムドリンクのサービスもあり、また日曜日にツアーに出るのが早くて朝食時間に間に合わなかったので早く食べれないか相談したところ、快くいいよ！と承諾してくれて助かりました。リンゴのサービスがありナイフを借りるのに四苦八苦。スペイン語しか通じない方が多かった。日本人には部屋が暗いのがちょっと残念でした。

部屋も広く、清潔でした。防音性も優れていて、周りの音は一切聞こえませんでした。屋上の一部は工事中でしたが、それでも夜景を十分に楽しむことができました。ホテルでリラックスしたい旅行だったらおすすめです。

前回、３月に宿泊した時は部屋がパーク側だったので明るくて眺めも素敵でしたが、今回はテラス側で外が見えず、少々残念でした。部屋も一回り小さかったように思います。レストランのスタッフの方々は皆さん親切でした。大きなチャプルテペック公園のそばの小さな穴場です。

メキシコでは浴槽のあるホテルが少なく、あっても「汚い」「熱いお湯が出ない」ホテルが多い中、ここのお風呂はきれいで熱いお湯が出るので、お風呂を楽しみたい日本人にはお勧めだと思います。トイレの水の流れが悪く、詰まってしまったのが残念です。ですがすぐにメンテしてくれました。

部屋、ベッド、バスルーム共、とても広く、落ち着けました。訪れた友人も、木製の家具や、大理石調の洗面台等の豪華さに感心していました。次に来る時も、利用したいと思います。

The property itself was very nice ams clean the staff very nice and we had free american breakfast very delicious) i didnt like that there wasn't many options to go eat around the hotel we were across from chapultepec park but the entrance was like a 7-10 min walking distance.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, location is perfect and very safe. Easy access to transportation. We loved it

Rooms were cleaned a few times a day. No refrigerator tho. Very friendly staff and accommodating! Bar and restaurant were good and location was perfect! Old vintage vibes with lots of culture. The only thing that was negative was that on the reservation with hotels , airport pickup and drop off were listed as an amenity. Which is actually no longer the case.

Room was very clean, room service was timely and friendly. Location was great.

La situación de las llaves , que no funcionaban varias ocasiones y teníamos que ir a recepción a que llamaran al ama de llaves para que nos abriera la puerta de la habitación Segundo, la mucama retiró todos los productos de cortesía del baño , estuvimos sin jabón , shampoo, acondicionador, también se llevó el control de la televisión, no supimos porque razón hicieron esto. La cena y desayuno fantástico El lugar muy agradable

Solo te dicen si a cualquier problema, no funcionaba bien su internet y solo digiero entiendo su molestia pero no solucionaron nada

The hotel looks great in pictures, but once you step in there’s a horrible incense like scent everywhere. Upon checking in, I saw a lady coming out of the elevator with a sheer top and nothing underneath. The reins are pretty but the bathrooms seem like they should be at an erotic hotel. Windows from bathroom to bedroom, etc. The rooms are well furnished, but the hotel needs urgent remodeling. I wouldn’t stay here again. The staff were really friendly.

El hotel exelente , todo muy fino una vista a el parque de Chapultepec fantástica, un poco ruidoso en la noche , pero vale la pena. Nosotros regresamos con gusto

Very large room and bathroom with all amenities; beautiful interior design more like early to mid 20th century. Friendly and kind reception staff. Hotel is located in quiet, walkable neighborhood and across from the Chapultepec park.
