ルーブル美術館、レアルにも近く便利な場所にあります。近くにレストランも多いです。夕食後はセーヌ川の向こうにエッフェル塔を眺めながら陽が沈む前の散歩を楽しんでホテルに帰りました。 マグカップがないのがちょっと不便でした。

Something rainwater fell from the ceiling light in the middle of the night and wet the floor. Are the walls thin? Noise from above and next door was loud. Other than that, it was comfortable.

スタッフさんはにこやかに接してくださり、朝食も毎日同じメニューですが、美味しく頂きました。施設は古い感じですが、リノベーションされているので利用には特に不便は感じませんでした。ルーブル美術館に数分で行けるなど便利な立地です。ただ5泊の間一度もシーツ交換がなかったのには驚きました。これはフランスでは普通のことなのでしょうか。

スタッフがすごい親切。本当にびっくりするほどやさしい。 掃除のおばちゃんまでも分からないことあったら聞いてねとおっしゃってくれる。 前に泊まったサンラザールのホテルはアジア人が嫌いみたいだったので、すごくうれしい。 ホテルはおいしい朝食に、快適なベッド、駅から近い立地と素晴らしいです。レスホール駅が使えるので、ディズニーランド、CDG、オルリー空港も行きやすく、さらにホテルから徒歩数分で、ルーブル美術館があり、パリの観光にはおすすめの場所です。

これまでパリには5回ほど滞在し，計6ー7箇所のホテルに泊まった経験もありますが，今回が最高でした。スタッフもとても協力的で安心できました。次回もぜひ利用したいです。

快適に過ごしました。ホテルマンの対応はとても親切で、適切でした。部屋は広く清潔でした。中心地でどこの観光地に行くにも便利な場所であり、CDGにもRERで一本で行けました。

2回目の宿泊

家族旅行で利用。シングル3つのトリプルルームを予約しましたが、ダブルとソファーベッドのトリプルでした。施設は、若干古い感じはあったものの概ね満足できるものでした。朝食メニューが毎日ほぼ同じなので、飽きてしまい、後半はカフェのブレックファスト、ブランチを利用しました。スタッフはとても親切な対応でした。

交通のアクセス最高でした スタッフの方も親切ですし また泊まりたいと思えるホテルでした。

We had a wonderful stay at L’Empire Paris! The location is unbeatable—just a few minutes’ walk from the Louvre, the Seine, and many wonderful cafés and restaurants. It was the perfect base for exploring Paris. The staff were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with a very comfortable bed after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day. We also enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a good variety of fresh and delicious options. Thank you to the entire team for making our family vacation so special. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return on our next trip to Paris. Highly recommended!

This hotel was centrally located and only a block from the Louvre-Rivoli Metro stop, so it is in great location. Unfortunately, they put us in a room below the main level, (basically the basement) which was damp and musty. The shower had mold in it and did not drain at all. They had a plumber come to fix it and I took a shower the next day, which once again didn’t drain and flooded the floor. We used the bath towels to clean it up and let them know what happened. They ended up putting a sign on the shower saying it wasn’t usable, but left the soaking wet towels there and didn’t make up our room. We came back after a day of sightseeing with no towels to use and they told us the room hadn’t been made up because our door hanger said Do Not Disturb. I know for sure that the Please Make Up the Room sign was facing out when we left. Perhaps it fell off when they came to check the shower again. We obviously were not there, and the least they could've done was replace the towels. Thankfully there was also a deep soaking tub in the bathroomroom with a shower, which we would have used from the start if we had known about the unusable walk in shower. (Which as older guests we preferred over the tub.)We asked if we could move to another room and were told that wasn’t possible. The breakfast was just okay. We booked this hotel because of its excellent reviews and I can only guess that the reviews were for other accomodations on higher floors.

The staff at this property are its strength, they are very willing to help in any way possible. The room was clean, though often the time they came was not as timingly as we would have liked. The breakfast was okay, mostly only ate the chocolate croissants. Did not go to the hot tub.

Ambiance, localisation

Great location, great air conditioner which is especially important since Paris was really hot when we were there. Staff were amazing. We were in one of the basement rooms whose windows faced a sunny courtyard yard. Plenty of light and room had more space than typical hotel rooms. Hotel was around the corner from a laundromat and near several metro stations. The breakfast buffet was good. Would stay here again.

We stayed there for 5 days and had a great experience with helpful friendly staffs and comfortable accommodation. Highly recommended

Location was fabulous. The breakfast was wonderful. Room and bathroom was really big! Everyone was so helpful. We will be back!

Hotel is outdated. However rooms are large when traveling with kids. I paid $800 a night which is a lot for this hotel because the rooms are so outdated. The staff is very nice and helpful.
