Lo mejor la amabilidad del personal. En los lavabos de las habitaciones yo quitaría el tope de la puerta ya que es peligroso.

The hotel is perfectly located if you want to ski. It’s a bit difficult to stop and check in so a pre reservation of parking or explanation of parking options would be good.

Vi fik en perfekt modtagelse og orientering om hotellets muligheder og tilbud. Desuden god information om ski mv. det var dog et problem at stoppe foran hotellet og at parkere

Location was the best possible, had an exit directly linked to the ski lift. Overall a bit disapponted with the service, asked 4 times to get towels everytime they say its coming and it still doesnt come. Had to go down to reception to tell them, as jist get told lies on the phone. Breakfast could be better, personally the dinner didnt look great so we just went out in local restaurants which was great. Good value for money, spa they charge €10 which was not the best, sauna didnt really work, u have to pay for slippers. The warm beds didnt work. Jacuzzi worked but not hot enough.

Un buen hotel, buena habitación y grande, buen bufetf, tanto en desayuno como en cena, y parking adecuado, con plazas grandes y pequeñas, ya que en la calle es más caro. Y para los amantes del ski acceso directo a telecabina. Para repetir sin duda

Wel heel bizar dat een 4 sterren hotel niet op alle kamers airco heeft! Het was 28 graden op de kamer.

Séjour en famille avec un hôtel 4 étoiles Andorran, rien avoir avec chez nous (La France), tout les services payants en suppléments et non précisé à la réservation, parking 21 euros la nuit, 10 euros pour la piscine de l'hôtel... Le top c'est la chambre avec une température assez élevé, pas de climatisation, ouvrir la fenêtre impossible à cause du bruit, l'hôtel est situé au centre d'un giratoire, je vous laisse imaginer le brouhaha de la circulation. Point positif le buffet du petit déjeuner bien fourni.

Meh! The airco was a portable one, that didn’t do much. Parking was 21 euro per day, but you don’t really have options elsewhere. The hotel itself is a bit run-down. Everything is brown. Room itself, apart from the airco, was okay, roomy even. Price per night during summer was good, but they get you with the extra’s. Swimming pool: 10 euros a day. And of course the parking.
