Staff is amazing- we also enjoyed the nightly entertainment

The amenities and the food were both excellent. Plenty of activities and things to do for both kids and adults in this resort.The food and drink options were wide and wonderful.

Güzel bir tatil geçirdik otel gerçekten mükemmel çalışanları da başla resepsiyondaki Mehmet bey ve kat hizmetlerindeki Hatice hanım çok ilgiliydi. Havuz viraz küçük ama meukemmel deniz varjen ihtiyaç duymadık.

The property was very good, and we were happy to stay there. Staff members were very professional and friendly. It was in the city but it was safe and happy to go back again.

The staff working in the food and beverage areas were especially hard-working and kind - always attentive and efficient. That said, there were several areas where the experience didn't meet the standards of a 5-star all-inclusive resort: Room Key Policy: Only one key card was provided per room, even though two guests were staying. Since removing the card from the power slot turns off all electricity in the room, this was inconvenient and impractical. Two key cards should be issued as a standard, without guests needing to insist

A tidy clean well centred location in Marmaris .good for a relaxing break except of the loud life music at the night. So if you love the music at night well and good, but if you retire to bed early then it is not suitable

The staff were friendly, but I was shocked and upset when i was served alchohol mixed in my drink, when i ordered a non alchoholic drink. The lady bartender appologised for her mistake.

Wonderful stay with our family of 6 over half term.

Positiv: Direkte Strandlage, nettes Personal, ausreichend Liegeplätze. Nach dem Abendprogramm, meistens bis 23 Uhr, ist es ruhig im Hotel. Die Hotelanlage ist sauber. Negativ: Fernseher veraltet, Fernbedienung kurze Reichweite, große Auswahl an Essen, jedoch oft sehr fettig und ölig. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Insgesamt waren wir mit unserem Urlaub zufrieden.
