部屋が落ち着きのあるデザイン

バンフの中心地近くのホテルで、キッチン付きの２階部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。日本人には靴で部屋の中を歩き回るのが抵抗があり、スリッパがあればいいな、と思いました。 近くにレストランやスーパー、カフェもありますが、ホテル近くは静かでとてもよかったです。 バスタブの排水が悪かったので、少し評価を下げましたがステキなホテルでした。

11年ぶりに宿泊させていただきました。 水回りなど、多少古さを感じましたが、概ね問題なく使えました。 使いづらかったのはシャワーとエアコンです。 どちらも温度調節が難しかったです。

掃除が雑で不潔だった。

Clean and cute accommodation. There are foxes everywhere in this hotel:)) I love it.

ホテル、そして、１階のメキシカンレストランのスタッフ、どちらも親切に対応してくれました。部屋は少し古いですが、タオルやリネンなど清潔です。周囲の環境もよく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。１点だけ、バスタブの栓がうまく抜けず苦労しましたが、良いホテルでした。

Went there for peace and quiet. Hot tub was full.Several kids jumping off rocks and splashing. Then get to our room you can hear next door talking and tv most of the night..

Clean and good location.

The grotto hot tub was great, and having a bus pass was a bonus.

The only complaint I had was the noise. Bring earplugs because you can hear out in the courtyard and adjoining rooms clear as day!! Love that it was dog friendly

Great Hotel

Some rooms dont have fridges or microwaves. However, the staff store any food you need refrigerated. Over all the hotel was great! Loved the hottub!

The room was very big. The hot tub was amazing!

Good value for the money. Convenient location. Helpful staff.

Hot tub is the reason we stayed

This hotel is very well maintained, very clean and wonderful staff. The beds were incredibly hard so we only stayed one night of our two night stay. We brought our two small children which we feel would have been better if they were older. We were unaware of the option for a fridge in our room, so not having a fridge made it difficult to keep milk cold for the baby. Maybe a little more research on our part would have helped. Would be a nice couples hotel. Keep in mind Banff is also very expensive

Lovely place

Beautiful hot tub area, spacious, clean 1 bedroom suite, friendly, helpful staff. Daily maid service was appreciated. Chili’s restaurant on site was good with very friendly servers. My only complaint is the thin bedding/comforters, and the slightly firm/uncomfortable beds. I did not sleep very well.
