部屋が落ち着きのあるデザイン

バンフの中心地近くのホテルで、キッチン付きの２階部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。日本人には靴で部屋の中を歩き回るのが抵抗があり、スリッパがあればいいな、と思いました。 近くにレストランやスーパー、カフェもありますが、ホテル近くは静かでとてもよかったです。 バスタブの排水が悪かったので、少し評価を下げましたがステキなホテルでした。

11年ぶりに宿泊させていただきました。 水回りなど、多少古さを感じましたが、概ね問題なく使えました。 使いづらかったのはシャワーとエアコンです。 どちらも温度調節が難しかったです。

掃除が雑で不潔だった。

Clean and cute accommodation. There are foxes everywhere in this hotel:)) I love it.

ホテル、そして、１階のメキシカンレストランのスタッフ、どちらも親切に対応してくれました。部屋は少し古いですが、タオルやリネンなど清潔です。周囲の環境もよく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。１点だけ、バスタブの栓がうまく抜けず苦労しましたが、良いホテルでした。

Good

The hot pools were warm but not very hot like advertised and the jets didn’t work when we were there, that was the main reason we booked that hotel. Also our room had big water stains on the roof, which wasn’t very to see! Feel we paid to much for what we got in the end

No microwave to reheat food every hotel has one inside but this hotel doesn't have one.

A good solid visit. Rooms are very small but conveniently located close to downtown banff. Ski shuttles were regularly outside. Shower and pipes were VERY loud. You cannot sleep through it and the walls were paper thin as well. The Hot Pool was neat but much smaller than the photos and the sauna wasn't kept very hot either. Staff were nice enough and always available however, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable on any local activities or sights to see this time of the year. Mostly got redirected to available brochures, without much input.

The room was on 2 levels. That was neat. But the the best part was the Cave & Basin hot pool.

Our room cleaning was quite quick and notnwell done..lots of sand etc left on csrpets..

Good overall Staff were all great !

Suite was very dated and walls are thin. You can hear everything. Also not very accessible if you have children/a stroller. No access into the hotel from the suite. Staff are okay.

Hot pool

Nice room, a little small, but great for a 2 night snowboarding getaway.

The rooms are starting to feel really dated and worn down. The tap in our sink would not shut off. The toilet made a huge bang when you flushed it. The guests in the room above us were banging around all night. No towels at the hot tub both times we went down. Over all the only thing we enjoyed about this hotel was the amazing hot tub, though the jets were only working in 2 sections of it. Extremely overpriced for what it is.
