部屋が落ち着きのあるデザイン

バンフの中心地近くのホテルで、キッチン付きの２階部屋で快適に過ごすことができました。日本人には靴で部屋の中を歩き回るのが抵抗があり、スリッパがあればいいな、と思いました。 近くにレストランやスーパー、カフェもありますが、ホテル近くは静かでとてもよかったです。 バスタブの排水が悪かったので、少し評価を下げましたがステキなホテルでした。

11年ぶりに宿泊させていただきました。 水回りなど、多少古さを感じましたが、概ね問題なく使えました。 使いづらかったのはシャワーとエアコンです。 どちらも温度調節が難しかったです。

掃除が雑で不潔だった。

Clean and cute accommodation. There are foxes everywhere in this hotel:)) I love it.

ホテル、そして、１階のメキシカンレストランのスタッフ、どちらも親切に対応してくれました。部屋は少し古いですが、タオルやリネンなど清潔です。周囲の環境もよく、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。１点だけ、バスタブの栓がうまく抜けず苦労しましたが、良いホテルでした。

The staff was amazing from check in to check out. The room was very clean and as displayed in the photos.

Always great, just don’t go during this weekend unless your all into the Ski cowboy event

I will begin with the good! Rooms are spacious we had the loft with a king bed. The heated parking garage is fantastic. And the front desk staff were friendly Now the not so good Rooms are some what clean, our toilet was missing the covers where they connect to the lid and they were filled with urine and debris. The coffee supplied by the hotel is extremely low quality and a decent cup of coffee is a good walk away. I suggest bringing your own coffee & filters. The “grotto” the experience the first day was decent! But the second and third day, not so much. The workers who were frequenting the grotto were allowing over 30+ people in the space in which atleast 28 of them were consuming alcohol, and had gone as far to bring coolers in to the “grotto”. While we don’t mind someone having a casual drink, when you get a group of 15-20 adults bringing in their coolers they get carried away very quickly. By the time we went to leave the grotto there was several used nicotine pouches floating in the water. The sauna was dirty and the floor again littered with nicotine pouches. Workers seemed unconcerned by this, there is regular “daily maintenance” scheduled from 12-1 but each day we entered the same pouches were all over the sauna floor and floating in the water & under benches. If you are looking for cleanliness I suggest staying elsewhere. We are pretty adaptable but this was just unacceptable.

This is a very well kept , clean and welcoming place, the hot pools are so unique! The black out blinds in room are fantastic! Great place to stay!

Room is spotless but there’s a noisy dog barking at the other room from behind which is annoying. Hot pool is totally insane! Overall, we loved our stay! Thanks The Fox 😍

Check in staff were exceptional. Always love my stay at this hotel
