地下駐車場があって確実に車が停められるのがいい！おしゃれなレストランが別棟にあって、朝食はそこでいただけます。朝食は普通で、ビュッフェにあたたかい料理追加できるものです。ロビーやレストランは豪華ですが部屋は普通です。コーヒーマシーンが壊れてたのでケトルを借りられたのでレトルトを温められてかえってよかったです。スタッフは皆さん親切でした。

エヤコンと冷蔵庫がない

I stayed a few nights and the hotel staff are always friendly and polite. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. Quite functional as well. Located a bit far from the nearest tram station. That's not a big problem, though. Overall, I had a very good time.

Hotel was fab, rooms very clean and cosy. Staff were very helpful. House keeping did fab job but never locked the door so when we returned late evening the door pushed open.

On booking we requested any room on an upper floor. When we checked in we given a ground floor room. The staff and managers were argumentative and unprofessional. They wouldn't listen to our side of the story and wouldn't view evidence! Staff from reception were manning the bar and didn't know how to pour a pint. Hotel is beautifully renovated but staff let it down.

Didn’t stay for much but it was a great hotel and super clean.👌

Great dinner at “North” next door. Rooms were clean and nicely appointed. Brunch at “north” - service was a bit slow and many items were out on the buffet.

Showers on third floor are terrible, no pressure

Italian manager was so rude not sure why he is still there. Worst customer experience ever.

The hotel was clean and quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great parking underground and secure. Room was clean Shower flowed onto the slope in the bath so couldn't get under the shower. The noise from the busy motor way right beside it was extremely loud. I thought a window was open first but no, it was that loud! It woke me at 5am and that was it, couldn't get back to sleep

Room was very pleasant. Bathroom for a 4 star if its price needs an upgrade.

Business trip this time around hotel a little bit off the beaten track but all okay

Clean and comfy room

The hotel is lovely but the food was atrocious. I ordered the fish and chips for dinner: it looked re-heated and the worst fish and chips I've had in my life. Didn't want to eat it but ate less than half of it as I was super hungry. Otherwise I would have complained. And then I had the brekkie the next day and the black pudding was in the same hotplate as the baked beans. They were both under the same cover. I mean, who does this? Beans are vegetarian and no vegetarian will ever touch those beans. Will never have food there again if I stay there, which I certainly may do due to the location.

Mattresses weren’t great overlay soft

Room clean, meal good. Shower cold in the morning, but hot and pleasant that evening.

The only thing was the mattress didn’t agree with me but I usually use a plush pillow top. Everything else was great !

Friendly staff, nice restaurant next door. Easy parking.
