Clean and kind staff!

The room house keeping was poor management.

少し港の先だけど、静かでした。 部屋も広くてスーツケースが思い切り広げられる 冬だけど、蚊がいて困った。 部屋のあちこちには蚊を潰した後があって、せっかく綺麗なホテルなのに残念。 それ以外は文句無し。

ラディソンブルは他国でも何度か宿泊したことがあるが、どこに泊まっても安定のサービスクオリティ。ただ基本的にラグジュアリホテルではないのでサービスは最低限であり、「サービスの良さ」を感じるという瞬間は多くはない。 ただチェックイン時の部屋案内、駐車場説明なども普通に愛想・手際よく対応してくれる。海外系のホテルにありがちな、予約時のコメントを見ていない（例えば禁煙でと書いているのに喫煙で通されたり、1bedと書いているのに2bedにされるなど）などはなく、きちんと予約内容を見た上で、高層階・1ベッド・禁煙に通してくれた。 部屋はスイートだったこともあるが非常に快適。ベッドルームとダイニングルームがあり広さは十分。５階だったので正面にマルセイユの港の美しい景色が広がる。夜になると桟橋に青いライトが灯りとても幻想的な景色だ。 ベッドメイクその他でも、特に不備もなく、安定のクオリティ。これも日本のホテルでは当たり前のことだが、きちんと清掃が入る、アメニティ類が欠品していない、タオルが足りているなど、基本がきちんと徹底されていた。 フロントが奥まったところにあるため、滞在中にフロントの人と話すことはほとんどなかった（エレベータを降りるとすぐにエントランスがあり外に出られる構造）。ただチェックアウト時の対応も非常に感じがよく、マルセイユでの滞在を快適なものにしてくれた。

部屋にコーヒー沸かしの機械がおかれているのに、チェックインした費はコーヒー沸かしにセットするコーヒー入りのミニカップがおかれていなかった。フロントに要求したら、翌日からはおかれるようになった。 飲料水（エビアン）の無料のボトルがチェックインした初日にはおかれていたが、それ以降はおかれていなかった。この程度の無料のサービスは宿泊している毎日継続してほしい。

旅の予定の関係で早朝出発しようとしたのにVALET Parkingで車を出せる従業員がいないと言われ、車を探し出すのに大変苦労した。車を出すまで30分以上かかり、時間を大変浪費した。

千葉で事故渋滞に会い予定のフライトに乗れませんでしたが、夜便にかえました。その夜1泊は諦めましたが翌日朝早くに部屋を使えるように手配していただき感謝です。湾近く夜景もきれいで観光地も近くて便利でした。朝食もシンプルで美味しかったです。

立地もよく、快適なホテルでした。 プロヴァンス英語ドライバーツアー、マルセイユ市内ツアーの 出発地になっており便利だった。 また朝食、ランチともカジュアルで美味しかった。

立地がよく、スタッフのサービスも最高でした。

Excellent location with great people working on the front desk. Everywhere is clean except for the lobby bathroom and the elevators could be cleaner.

Excellent location, beautiful and clean hotel, great outdoor pool and bar. Staff are friendly and very helpful. Food and drink is pricey at the hotel though.

Super beliggenhed. Super morgenmad. God pool.

Lækkert hotel, venligt personale og god placering. Aircondition på værelse fungerede ikke super godt. Vi ville gerne have det lidt køligere når vi skulle sove. Lækker pool med fin plads.

My family and I made reservations to stay here for 5 nights last week. We were driving to Marseille from Barcelona (5+ hour drive). At the time, unknown to us, there were fires happening on the route to Marseille (which neither the hotel nor Expedia warned us about). As a result, on our drive in, police told us to turn around and go back as it was not safe to drive to Marseille. We drove back to Barcelona and were forced to book a night there at a random hotel, losing our first night at Radisson Blu. The next day, before attempting to drive to Marseille again, we called Radisson Blu (useless call center) and emailed them to find out if it was okay to come. No one responded to our email or called back. We drove there anyway to avoid forfeiting our reservation and have nowhere else to stay while in another country. We finally made it to Marseille, only to find out the fire was now IN Marseille and the MRS airport was closed (which we needed to fly out of at the end of our stay). We stayed one night at the hotel and checked out the next morning because the air quality was so bad. We changed our flight to an earlier flight heading out of Nice airport and booked new stay in Nice. We explained this to hotel management and asked for a refund for the 4 nights we paid for and did not get to use. They said since the booking was made with Expedia, we need to contact them. Of course, Expedia pointed the finger at the hotel and said they need to approve the refund, which they did not.

Property is central, clean and modern, pool area is great. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From the moment we arrived until we checked out. The lovely young women who checked us in were amazing.
