Séjour pour une nuit. L’hôtel a un très bon emplacement, le parking est un vrai plus ! L’hôtel ainsi que la chambre était d’une propreté sans nom, la literie très confortable, et le personnel absolument adorable. Je recommande sans hesitation

ne pas avoir une chambre au niveau de la salle des spectacles. si vous souhaitez vous reposer les chambres ne sont pas insonorisées. Sinon pt déjeuner très bien, hotel bien situé, parking voiture bien mais très chère et non reservable à l avance.

Bon accueil en français. Pas de stationnement dispo. Avons chercher 2 hres après 5 hres de route. Après avons essayer de faire sieste mais impossible. On nous avait placé direct au dessus de la salle de jeux des enfants et de la salle de spectacle. Heureusement l’employé de soir nous a déplacé. Je n’ai pas pu mangé tellement j’étais épuisée. Par contre hôtel hyper propre comme jamais vu. Bravo au personnel d’entretien.

Un hotel 4 etoiles sans une bouteille d'eau dans la chambre et un moyen de faire un cafe

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, personnel très à l'écoute, acceuil sympathique, et l'hôtel présente toute les caractéristiques pour pour un séjour agréable, de part aussi sa situation dans Tossa.

All the saff (I mean ALL) Were all so welcoming All worked to a very high standard in this elegant Hotel Don Juan. Happy freindly staff their wasnt Anything to much troble for them. The Elegance of the hotel when you walk in Amazing.

Great hotel. Some issues with electrics but hey ho it happens. Not within Their control but all dealt with best they could. Rooms lovely and modern and clean. Food very good. Facilities also very good .

Beautiful property. Well kept. I only stayed for one night. But was happy with my room. They could use a spare blanket in the room, as you only have a sheet to cover with. No biggy, I’m just someone who likes blankets. The luggage hold after check out is nice.. but, be aware that it is far away from reception , and everyone putting luggage there, gets a key. Just make sure you keep your main goods with you. It’s definitely a family hotel. I was solo, so cannot speak to the service, but they were having a mini disco when I got there for the little ones. Also has a very large games room, and jungle Jim for littles. Games take $$
