場所的に徒歩圏内にはレストランもない為ホテル内でランチ、ディナーをお世話になったがリーズナブルだった？

1Fの部屋を理由。 部屋はきれいだったが、床を沢山の蟻が歩いていました。 また、エアコンも使用できず暑い夜を過ごすことになりました。 それ以外は満足してますので、どうか改善いただきたい。

エアポートホテルという名前だが、空港からは車で１０分以上かかる。とりわけ夜に空港に到着すると、タクシーがほとんどいなく、唯一いたタクシーは「２５ユーロで行く」とメーターなしで持ちかけられ、それに乗るしかなかった。夜に到着の場合は少し高くても空港すぐそばのホテルを取った方がいいと思う。またホテルから空港へのシャトルバスも日曜のみ１５ユーロと有料。ホテルそのものは悪くないが、立地を考えると不便である。

Gym was not terribly well equipped and the options were a bit limited. Otherwise very good airport hotel. Safe, clean and friendly staff.

Buen hotel con buenos servicios y cera de aeropuerto, servicio de desayuno desde muy temprano y bien comunicado con el aeropuerto.

Tout était bien sauf l'accueil : service minimum, personne à peine aimable qui nous a donné la clé de notre chambre sans un regard et sans aucune explication comme le lieu et les horaires du petit dej. Notre chambre était mieux que sur les photos, plus moderne. Certainement rénovée depuis peu. Très spacieuse

Bit further from the airport than anticipated from the map etc but we made it work! Quite clean but with works ongoing at present. Overall a decent stay with a lovely breakfast selection

We arrived late as our plane was delayed...the reception staff were very friendly, quick and efficient. The young lady at the coffee bar was helpful and served us very quickly.

Friendly staff, bar open 24h. Breakfast should be improved!!!

Staff was extremely helpful. Even gave us vouchers for free breakfast at the airport since our flight was so early.

Proprement scandaleux, 4 **** aucun attribue, un campanile amélioré, un décor camping, inconfortable, des chambres type motel, bruyantes, froides, une literie dure et impropre, juste une salle de bain acceptable... le restaurant froid, sombre, sans âme et que dire des plats réchauffés sans goût Le petit déjeuner parfait juste bien. Bref a fuir 145 € la nuit une honte Expedia soyez loyaux et vrais, et non malveillant...Expedia .. expédié a jamais...

Stayed over in The Airport Hotel, Bergamo, for one night after a flight into the airport. They do offer a shuttle service for morning time to the airport. The private taxi was a 15 minute drive. The facilities looked ok and the greeting staff were very nice upon arrival, which was late in the night. I was informed that the kitchen was open until 10.30pm, the staff there were very accommodating and the food was quite nice. The room was ok, good sized double bed, with comfortable pillows. The shower was quite powerful and refreshing. The breakfast the next morning had quite a range, to cater for all. The only thing was that there wasn’t as much soundproofing, as I had expected from an airport hotel. I could hear throughout the night, road and air traffic, aswell as a noisy refrigerator. Altogether, it was a nice stay.

Having stayed at this hotel before and had tea and coffee making facilities, we were slightly disappointed not to have them this time. It's a good hotel and serves its purpose close to the airport. The staff are welcoming and rooms are clean.
