静かで居心地良いホテルでした。

メトロからは距離がありますが、部屋の清潔感やスタッフの対応など文句なしでした。

バスタブがついているのがとてもよいです。他のホテルに比べてもコスパ良く、対応もよかったのでまたリピートしたいです。

今回プレミアムルームに滞在しましたが、アメニティの不足など事前の情報とは違う事が多く正直がっかり。 不足してるものはお願いすれば直ぐ補充してはくれたがその都度リクエストが必要。 朝食においてもスペインのホテルにしては特に優れているわけでもなく至って普通。 プレミアムルームでなくスタンダードルームでよかったかな。と思う。 ロケーションは中心街から離れていてメトロの駅も徒歩10分位なので立地としても今ひとつ。

設備が清潔であることと、ショッピングモールに近いので便利。使い勝手が良いと思う。　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　　

お部屋も広く清潔で快適でした。 立地もとても良く、観光にはとても便利なホテルだと思います。

ホテルの場所がわかりずらい。最寄の駅が遠いので歩くのに苦労する。ホテル内や部屋の作りがモダンすぎて暖かさを感じない。無味乾燥はイメージ。NHグループはいつも利用するが、周辺にいくつもあるので他のNHを選択したほうがベター。

Wir verbrachten fünf Nächte in diesem tollen Hotel. Die Zimmer waren sauber (wir reisten als Familie und hatten zwei connecting rooms) und schön eingerichtet, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war super und bot eine sehr große Auswahl an Speisen. Auch das Restaurant im Hotel kann ich empfehlen. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man befindet sich gleich am L’illa Einkaufszentrum. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und kann es nur empfehlen.

J’ai tout régler ! Aucun dommage causé je suis partie avec ma maman pour 3 jours et je n’ai toujours pas reçu ma caution de 100€ sans aucune justification et sans réponse. Malgres que l’on me dise que je l’a recevrais le lendemain l’orsue je faisais le Check out

The hotel is old and dated with paint falling off the walls. It is clear that the hotel is not very well maintained. In the room , stains were present on the wall and the handle to open the window was broken. In the elevator, the walls were scratched and the floor was very dirty. The hallways to the rooms had a strange smell of sewer with little to no ventilation present in the hallway. The construction was strange and the finishes present in the room and hallway were cheap. I was expecting something higher quality consistent with the quality of an NH collection level hotel given the higher cost I paid. Despite this, the staff were very nice and helpful at all times.

Room not as expected, supposed to be a premium room but major issues with cleanliness, room set up, faulty equipment, health and safety hazards throughout the hotel premises. Rude staff unable to haldle issues and requests by customers. Lacking attention to details.

Nice room and comfy bed

O café da manhã é muito bom. Já fiquei nesse hotel outras duas vezes. Recomendo. Fica perto do metro, mas faço tudo a pé, super tranquilo.
