At check in the assistant was not friendly. The best part of our stay was the spa and the beach. I must mention Karim who went out of his way to find us a decent room that didn’t have smelly stale cigarette air blowing out of their aircon vents and a decent double bed. This is one of more decent El mouradi hostels. Food was good.

À notre arrivée, la réception nous a annoncé qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre disponible et nous a envoyés dans un hôtel voisin du même groupe. Une fois sur place, on nous a également dit qu’il n’y avait pas de chambre pour 4 personnes. J’ai immédiatement contacté le site de réservation pour déposer une réclamation. Moins de 5 minutes plus tard, l’hôtel Palm Marina m’a rappelé pour me demander de revenir, car des chambres avaient finalement été trouvées. Dommage qu’il ait fallu une plainte pour résoudre le problème. Ensuite, le personnel a fait de gros efforts pour se faire pardonner et nous a offert 4 massages, un geste très apprécié. Un grand merci à M. Sofiane, à M. Karim ainsi qu’aux serveurs des bars, toujours souriants, professionnels et très aimables. Les piscines, la plage et la qualité de la nourriture sont de vrais points positifs. En revanche, une partie du personnel du restaurant manque de sourire et de chaleur, ce qui ne correspond pas au niveau attendu d’un hôtel 5 étoiles. L’équipe d’animation est également très discrète et manque de dynamisme. Le plus gros problème reste les chambres, très anciennes. L’hôtel a besoin d’une rénovation urgente. Pour cette raison, je ne recommande pas cet établissement dans son état actuel.

We have stayed at this hotel many times , but this stay exceeded all of them . The hotel is being improved for the better ! The rooms are clean and spacious, our only quibble would be it needs more plug sockets ! The pool area is comfortable and clean , the lifeguard do an amazing job . The animation is the best we have seen in Tunisia, the team are extremely welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. They work hard for early morning until late at night, hosting games and activities by day and amazing shows of an evening . A special shout out to Sunn for the fun times in Aquagym & Rami for bouchea. The restaurant is clean and spacious,.we always found our food hot and tasty & the deserts are delicious. We had to report a couple of issues to reception but these were dealt with professionally, quickly and to a high standard . We have booked to return next month & we are excited to see the newly renovated rooms and all the hotel team again ! Thankyou Palm Marina for an amzing holiday !

Encore une fois un séjour fantastique dans cet hôtel c est la deuxième fois que j y suis allé et je ne regrette pas mon choix au delà des installations c est surtout l ensemble du personnel qui a été juste incroyable Une pensée pour les personnes à la réception et à la caisse aux différentes personnes du restaurant et aux personnes de l entretien ainsi qu au café mort, Je reviendrai prochainement dans ce merveilleux hôtel

Great staff in the dining room, housekeeping and pool. Room, hotel and pool were clean. Kids activities seemed quite exceptional and that staff deserves heaps of praise. Beach access was great and very pleasant to look at. However, many broken chairs on the beach for guest use. Lots of activities if you want to get involved in those. Food was bland, not many vegetarian options, repetitive, and dairy is something all-together different here. Drinks were good, small pool cups, limited drink menu but overall good. Lots of snack options between meals and late night. WiFi was extremely limited. Small extra fee for gym use. Tennis court in disrepair. No room or dining room AC some months like May. No WiFi at pool, dining area, in front of the hotel, tennis court, beach area, in our hotel room, but did work in limited areas of the lobby. This caused some difficulty setting up airport transfers, checking out local attractions etc. For the price we were happy but would likely go to another place next time.

It is my 4`time at Palm Marina. Top staff,food and drinks. But the internet is not good.

Dans l'ensemble un séjour agréable ,sauf qu'il faut améliorer la nourriture et l'animation.

la chambre etait propre, attribuée rapidement avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. hotel plutôt bien situé. Buffet du restaurant plutôt correct et proposant un large choix, personnel tres accueillant et respectueux. seuls bémol : les draps pour le 3eme couchage, nous avons dû nous rendre 4 fois à l'accueil afin d'en obtenir. Nous les avons enfin eu à 22h passé. Mon fils été très fatigué. Et le restaurant où il faut faire la queue pour chaque plat que ce soit le matin pour le petit déjeuner ou pour les autres repas. Je précise que le buffet est composé d'autres plats ou nous pouvons nous servir directement pour ne pas être de mauvaise fois mais faire la queue pendant 20min pour des brochettes, 15min pour une omelettes...quand on est une famille, c'est trop contraignant. peut-être embaucher davantage... En tout cas dans l'ensemble notre séjour s'est plutôt bien passé.

A minor problem at check in, as staff member clearly wanted to go home and so had no interest to assist our additional questions. Remainder of stay very good. In a suite which was large, clean but looking tired. great view of the pool and sea. All other staff, front desk, cashier, restaurants, bars, waiters, all really friendly, helpful. Breakfast buffet regularly replaced, so food hot. Egg station a big bonus, as was the fresh fruit drinks. Many staff around pool to assist with drinks. Evening dining we used the specialty meals. Meals lovely on the 3 days we stayed. Only problem was mis-communications at reception when we could book these speciality meals in advance. Overall a really lovely stay - much better than the ratings suggest. We would definitely consider returning.

Initial room we stayed in was nit up to standard, part of the balcony door broke off when my wife opened it and it hit her, they gave us 2 singles beds, when we specifically asked for and paid for a king bed, the 2nd day they changed our room to what we paid for, much better overall, lovely sight from balcony, beach and pool were lovely with loads of activities, only 1 other isshe was they forgot to clean our room one of the days even though we had the tag on the handle asking them to clean it, food from the buffet was on the blander side, but the a la carte restaurant meals in the hotel were nice
