家族４人で利用しました。 2部屋に分かれおりゆったりと過ごせました。 ホテルでのレンタカーの引き渡しを対応してくれたり、早朝のチェックアウトに合わせてテイクアウトのサンドイッチを準備してくれたり、とても親切に対応をしてくれました。

近くにバス停があり、移動に便利です。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってもらい、目の前の海で泳ぐことが出来ました。（着替えの場所もロビーにあります）

カターニャ空港→タオルミーナのinterbus、ジャルディーニナクソズ、サンジョバンニで降りて目の前、運転手さんにホテル名を告げて声かけて貰うようお願いするのが一番です。 スタッフ皆、英語OK 笑顔で親切に対応してくれます。 目の前は海、ホテルでリドのディスカウントアリ、近所に手頃で美味しいレストラン等、ジェラート屋さんもあって困りません、6月初旬の為か人も少なく、好天に恵まれ海辺でゴロゴロも気分よく過ごせました♪ 治安安全モードです。モチロン、タオルミーナ観光にも便利です。

シーズンオフで宿泊客が少なかったので、ツインでシティビューの部屋で予約しましたが、ホテルの好意でシービューの家族用の部屋に変えてくれました。 フロントの女性も感じよく、朝食も屋上のレストランで海を見ながらいただくことが出来ました。スクランブルエッグはいかがですかと尋ねられたけど、急いでいたので食べませんでした。 車もホテルの前に置けたので無料でした。 また、ゆっくり泊まりたいです。

The pallidio was an amazing boutique hotel. I travelled with my husband and 3 adult kids. We had the apartment room 10. it was spacious and we were able to sleep well and have each kid in their own space. My only thing would have been to have my son on his own space - his single bed was on w my husband and I. It was fine. Just a recommendation

The hotel staff is very helpful, and the breakfast was good. While the rooms are clean, the air conditioning in some rooms worked less well than others (our family had two rooms), and there were problems with the plumbing. The shower in our room did not work well at all and water pressure was very low. The locks were hard to open on the doors and often required some struggle. The location was good near a public pebbly beach (and several lidos) and the Intercity Etna bus line to Taormina.

Hjälpsam trevlig personal. Opraktiskt i rummet. Inga gemensamma ytor. Rent.Takterrass. Vet inte om den skulle öppna framöver. Kunde ev fått rum med balkong mot havet. Frågade inte men hotellet verkade inte ha så många gäster just då. Mycket trafikerad gata. Charmig inredning med väggmålningar och originaltavlor av ägarens mor. Frukost mkt. fräsch. Serverades efter ens beställning. Det kunde vara lite svårt eftersom man inte visste hur stor en macka eller serveringsportion var. Trots det jag skrivit var vi mycket nöjda. Vi stannade inte så länge och tillbringade inte så mycket tid på rummet. Är inte heller så ljudkänsliga.Skulle tänka mej bo där igen. Ca. 20 min promenad till järnvägsstationen. Busshållplats utanför

I loved everything about this hotel — it felt like a home away from home. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially Luana, who handled all our arrangements. Everything went smoothly. I just wish I’d had more time to enjoy this beautiful place.

The property was in a prime location with an unbeatable view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel need some maintenance and renovations however.

We booked last minute online and when we arrived at the hotel at 6 pm it was locked up and dark with no number to call. Thank you so much to Vishnu from Hotels.com who contacted the owner. She was a lovely woman who greeted us at the door and ensured we were given an upgraded balcony room facing the sea, given keys for the exterior door and showed us where we could eat dinner with apologies for not meeting us upon arrival. The room and breakfast area are filled with antiques from The families time in the home. Parking is free, but difficult yet to find on the street.

Host was outstanding offsite parking was easily accessible only a minute from the hotel and it’s a prime location for all the sites. Wonderful stay.
