犬連れ旅行でしたが、とても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。立地もサービスもとてもよかったです。

Very warm welcome. Beautiful hotel.

Was a great stay beautiful trip

Need to repaint around the elevator entrance. It is not nice. Need to just get rid of the red in the hallways. It’s too 80’ looking. Need color refresh.

Le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et prévenant. Nous n’etions pas satisfaits de notre chambre et ils ont essayé de trouver une solution. Elles étaient très polies et se rendaient toujours disponibles. La chambre était spacieuse et confortable. Tout était propre. Petits biscuits délicieux pour nous accueillir. Mais nous étions déçus du balcon. Nous avions pris la suite junior afin d’avoir un balcon avec vue sur le port. Nous avions effectivement un balcon mais trop etroit pour y placer un fauteuil comme sur les photos descriptives. Nous n’avons donc pas pu vraiment en profiter. Les photos sur le site correspondent à des chambres de catégorie superieure.

Parking was a nightmare.

Vriendelijk onthaal, kleine kamer maar ok. Ontbijt is goed. Vlakbij de haven, prima voor een dag cruise naar Magdalena eilanden. Een zwembad ontbreekt.

we absolutely loved the stay at this hotel. it was roomy, cosy and very relaxing. we would defikitely come back. there were markets, entwetainment in the streets and lovely beaches. the staff was very friendly and warm hearted. we can only recommend this hotel for duture guests!!

Our stay of 4 nights was excellent, room with a private patio amazing place to sit and relax after busy day at beach or at night to enjoy a drink or cigarette. Breakfast and service was very good too. Location steps to the port where you can take the ferry to La Madalena , at night market across the hotel and a variety of restautants.Parking free from 8:00PM to 8:00 AM, we didnt use the parking from hotel. Awesome stay.

Surely it’s not a 4* hotel: - The breakfast is very mediocre, and all plates are the size of cup plates, apparently to prevent guests from having ‘more’ food than they expect them to have - There are no sockets next to bed, only old USB-A ports which nowadays no one is using - The are no water glasses in the room. So we had to purchase the plastic cups from the supermarket nearby - TV didn’t work (didn’t turn on) - No noise cancellation, every time someone is passing by or slams the door or walking in the room upstairs you can hear it loud and clear The hotel is quite clean however, and location is quite close to restaurants and bars in Palau. However it comes at costs of extra noise in case there is some performance nearby (until 12-1am) There is also a separate underground parking, which is useful given that public parking next to the hotel is very busy. It costs 19€ per day though, and if you want to keep a car for another few hours after checkout they would charge you a full extra day

Property id in front of the Marina for easy boat rental. Staff very friendly and eager to help.

Muito boa. Localização boa. Estacionamento pago, em frente ao hotel. Só os colchões é que poderia melhorar

Tudo perfeito , estadia maravilhosa, recepcao , limpeza dos quartos , cafe da manha , localizacao , tudo maravilhoso , perto de tudo, inclusive do porto que sai para passeios inclusive la madalena

In our nine day, this hotel was a stand out as the worst

The hotel was clean with friendly staff. Just a couple of things I would point out are no kettle in the room and the air con wasnt very powerful. To counteract my friends kettle situation the hotel gave her free hotwater everyday as she bought her own teabags. The free breakfast was good with plenty of variety

Location is excellent but there is a large parking lot between the hotel and the marina so views are not the best. The hotel is very old (it’s in the name) but once you open the doors and windows it freshens up pretty quickly.

Beautifully decorated hotel with excellent staff. Nice breakfast served well. Great location for all things to do in Palau. Would go there again!
