全ての案内不足

建物や照明は古く、キッチンの壁が剥がれ落ち、その粉が調理台に落ちていました。少なくとも5つ星のホテルとは思えません。 ジルベスターにはクッキーが配られ、また、6日に1度と説明されていたにもかかわらず、タオルの交換がありました。そういったサービスは嬉しかったです。

5つ星の割に安価であるが、設備・サービスは日本の値段相応（海外にしては費用対効果は高い）。部屋は広くて静かで清潔。朝食は野菜や果物が多く、頼めばオムレツやソーセージ等のホットミールもある。バスアメニティはシャンプー・ボディソープ・ローションのみで、ヘアコンディショナーや歯ブラシはない。ドライヤーの風量は十分。中心部まで地下鉄L1で30分2.4EUROとアクセスもよい。

ホテルの紹介には、空港<=>ホテルのシャトルバスが24時間運行していなかった。 客室は広く快適でした。

The hotel is nice. Sometimes the internet connection was not working, but other things are OK.

設備も新しく、アパートメントホテルではあるがベッドメーキングもついていて快適です。 ロケーションはバルセロナの中心地からは少し離れますが、メトロの駅から徒歩5分で中心地へは15分ほどで行けたので全く問題ないです。

外観が綺麗で背が高いメインタワーに宿泊できると思ったのですが、実際に案内されたのは隣接の宿泊棟で、少しがっかりしました。ホテル自体についてはゴミ箱、シャワーの取っ手等、一部の設備が破損しており、若干不便を感じました。ロケーションは空港に近いという点がメリット（とは言っても空港はバルセロナの中心地からも30分程度でつくので、交通機関を使いこなせるようになるとそういうメリットも感じません）ですが、周辺に店がなくちょっとした買出し等はできず不便です。ただ、スタッフの対応は良く、食事（朝食をいただきました）も満足できる内容で、空港までのシャトルバスもあって総合的に見て費用対効果はGOODです。

たとえば、シンクが外人サイズで高い。 コップの数は多く、湯沸かしはあった方が良い、など意見はあるが、相対的には 泥棒の心配のない、静かな環境です、僕はまた利用します。

The property shows the hotel and the room was given in apartment building next door which we were not aware of it all. Very disappointing.

Very Good hotel

Air con was so loud it kept me awake at night- I had to take the key card out to remove all power to the room. At 4am another guest decided to play music very loud.

Self check in did not work- Description of the hotel rooms is inaccurate- there was - queen and 1 single bed unless the description saying it sleeps 4 people

Self check-in didn't work. I watched someone else check in and it looked a nightmare. All the phone numbers I was given no one answered. The door to the balcony was broken after it looks like it was broken into

Nice hotel

Near the airport. Clean rooms. 15 minutes from the city. Restaurant next to the hotel is really good. Garage Parking. Clean pool.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. We stayed here for just one night actually less than 8 hours and even that was a terrible experience. We arrived around midnight, and there was no front desk staff available. We had to figure out how to unlock the entrance using instructions sent by email. Once we got through the first door, the self-check-in machine for the second door was confusing and difficult to use. We called the customer service phone located next to the kiosk, but the representative was impatient and not helpful. Thankfully, another guest came out and told us we can check in at the Hyatt tower next door. Once we finally got to our room, the problems continued: -The couch was dirty, and I had to put a towel over it before sitting down. -The door lock was broken, which made us feel very unsafe. -There was a dirty towel left in the room from a previous guest. This was one of the worst Hyatt experiences we've had. Cleanliness, security, and customer service all fell well below expectations. I would not recommend staying here.

Très belle chambre mais il ne faut pas regarder les détails. Trous dans les murs, prise a côté de la tête de lit qui pends, pommeau de douche a peine attaché, poignée fenêtre complètement cassée et qui tient avec du scotch, lit horrible sur roulettes comme dans les hôpitaux etc... Pour le prix ce genre de détail fait vraiment tâche.

Helpful staff held our bags before check-in, then they took our bags to our room. This place is super close to the metro to get into Barcelona, and it’s close to the airport, as well (via bus or uber).
