全ての案内不足

建物や照明は古く、キッチンの壁が剥がれ落ち、その粉が調理台に落ちていました。少なくとも5つ星のホテルとは思えません。 ジルベスターにはクッキーが配られ、また、6日に1度と説明されていたにもかかわらず、タオルの交換がありました。そういったサービスは嬉しかったです。

5つ星の割に安価であるが、設備・サービスは日本の値段相応（海外にしては費用対効果は高い）。部屋は広くて静かで清潔。朝食は野菜や果物が多く、頼めばオムレツやソーセージ等のホットミールもある。バスアメニティはシャンプー・ボディソープ・ローションのみで、ヘアコンディショナーや歯ブラシはない。ドライヤーの風量は十分。中心部まで地下鉄L1で30分2.4EUROとアクセスもよい。

ホテルの紹介には、空港<=>ホテルのシャトルバスが24時間運行していなかった。 客室は広く快適でした。

The hotel is nice. Sometimes the internet connection was not working, but other things are OK.

設備も新しく、アパートメントホテルではあるがベッドメーキングもついていて快適です。 ロケーションはバルセロナの中心地からは少し離れますが、メトロの駅から徒歩5分で中心地へは15分ほどで行けたので全く問題ないです。

外観が綺麗で背が高いメインタワーに宿泊できると思ったのですが、実際に案内されたのは隣接の宿泊棟で、少しがっかりしました。ホテル自体についてはゴミ箱、シャワーの取っ手等、一部の設備が破損しており、若干不便を感じました。ロケーションは空港に近いという点がメリット（とは言っても空港はバルセロナの中心地からも30分程度でつくので、交通機関を使いこなせるようになるとそういうメリットも感じません）ですが、周辺に店がなくちょっとした買出し等はできず不便です。ただ、スタッフの対応は良く、食事（朝食をいただきました）も満足できる内容で、空港までのシャトルバスもあって総合的に見て費用対効果はGOODです。

たとえば、シンクが外人サイズで高い。 コップの数は多く、湯沸かしはあった方が良い、など意見はあるが、相対的には 泥棒の心配のない、静かな環境です、僕はまた利用します。

Very nice room with professional service at Hesperia Tower. Convenient location, close to the airport, with taxis always available. Overall, everything was excellent

We had a very scary experience here. At about 5:40 am on 20-Sep-25, I heard a lound bang outside my bedroom window. Upon approaching the window I saw 2 guys running away. As I stepped away from window I saw the building exterior glass cracking . Apparently , someone threw an object at my room window which was on 1st floor. We called the staff and explained the situation but no one came . Called again and staff came over to inspect from outside. We were escorted away to the neighbouring regency tower hotel and our bags were kept in a secure location. Later that day we were moved to the regency tower hotel . Staff was helpful through this traumatizing situation but please be warned. Staff told us this is not a usual occurrence but it happened to us . Rooms were clean though

The hotel is very clean and easy access to public transport. I paid for the taxi from the airport 25 euro and i realized i could easily take the bus. The bus station is 7 min walk. Also, it was nice to have the free coffee and muffins in the morning.

Incrível, muito bem localizado, atendimento fantástico, bom em todos os aspectos, metrô a 500m, supermercado ao lado. Muito bom.

You check in at the Hyatt and we were able to leave our bags there and explore while waiting to check in. It was right next to the metro and easy to get around. The apartment was great and there was a grocy store right there. Would stay again.

Overall, the accomodations were clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was minimal, but nice to have something. Local area is a bit noisy, and windows allowed sound in.

We weren’t even able to check in let alone walk in the lobby. Is this a scam?! The doors were locked. No one there to greet and help. We ended up walking across the street to another hotel

Estuvo bien. Cerca del aeropuerto, amplio y el baño muy cómodo. No estuvo muy limpia mi habitación, en especial el piso.

There’s nothing to do and in the middle of nowhere

Great place to stay. Check in process sucked. Would recommend.
