全ての案内不足

建物や照明は古く、キッチンの壁が剥がれ落ち、その粉が調理台に落ちていました。少なくとも5つ星のホテルとは思えません。 ジルベスターにはクッキーが配られ、また、6日に1度と説明されていたにもかかわらず、タオルの交換がありました。そういったサービスは嬉しかったです。

5つ星の割に安価であるが、設備・サービスは日本の値段相応（海外にしては費用対効果は高い）。部屋は広くて静かで清潔。朝食は野菜や果物が多く、頼めばオムレツやソーセージ等のホットミールもある。バスアメニティはシャンプー・ボディソープ・ローションのみで、ヘアコンディショナーや歯ブラシはない。ドライヤーの風量は十分。中心部まで地下鉄L1で30分2.4EUROとアクセスもよい。

ホテルの紹介には、空港<=>ホテルのシャトルバスが24時間運行していなかった。 客室は広く快適でした。

The hotel is nice. Sometimes the internet connection was not working, but other things are OK.

設備も新しく、アパートメントホテルではあるがベッドメーキングもついていて快適です。 ロケーションはバルセロナの中心地からは少し離れますが、メトロの駅から徒歩5分で中心地へは15分ほどで行けたので全く問題ないです。

外観が綺麗で背が高いメインタワーに宿泊できると思ったのですが、実際に案内されたのは隣接の宿泊棟で、少しがっかりしました。ホテル自体についてはゴミ箱、シャワーの取っ手等、一部の設備が破損しており、若干不便を感じました。ロケーションは空港に近いという点がメリット（とは言っても空港はバルセロナの中心地からも30分程度でつくので、交通機関を使いこなせるようになるとそういうメリットも感じません）ですが、周辺に店がなくちょっとした買出し等はできず不便です。ただ、スタッフの対応は良く、食事（朝食をいただきました）も満足できる内容で、空港までのシャトルバスもあって総合的に見て費用対効果はGOODです。

たとえば、シンクが外人サイズで高い。 コップの数は多く、湯沸かしはあった方が良い、など意見はあるが、相対的には 泥棒の心配のない、静かな環境です、僕はまた利用します。

Check in was a disaster the self check kiosk did not work after trying multiple times and i also had two wait in a very long line to use it then after i didn’t work i headed over to the customer service desk the employees were very rude and disrespectful and kept on asking personal questions and took very long to check me in and hand me the room keys and they were also saying stuff to each other in there language which i didn’t understand but i presume it was racism and swearing towards us. The room was ok everything was clean accept for the shower it did not work properly and splashed water everywhere and made a mess when showering. Overall us was very disappointed with the staff and the lack of communication from the staff would not recommend !!! 😠

They let you check in at the hotel next door, it is a real hassle checking in with their little kiosk that barely worked, did not work for me

To get any in-person assistance you have to go to the hotel next door. The self check in machine is ok, but if you book through a third party site it won’t register and will have you pay the stay again. Thankfully the staff understood and was able to accommodate me.

appartement plutôt négligé niveau propreté. Tv compliqué sans chaîne française direct. Mais correct dans l’ensemble. Bon accueil a la réception. Le restaurant situé a côté fait une paella exceptionnelle. Belle surprise

Todo genial a nivel general

Better than expected . I arrived late and the check in was stress free. The shower is amazing and the spacious kitchen is what’s up

No bar, this property was an apartment with Hyatt Regency this was a small apt. Next door. No pool no daily cleaning. It was very nice inside. If you needed anything you had to go to the hotel next door. It was Very quiet in the apt. There could have had a pop machine.

The place is older and feels musty inside. The kitchen is small and looked like it had water damage. The shower water pressure would come and go. The pictures make it look a lot nicer than what it actually is. Location is also far from everything fun going on

La habitación estaba limpia, muy amplia, todo funcionaba bien: baño, microondas, etc, la cama muy cómoda. El único problema y digo "problema" real son los ruidos. De vez en cuando, la estructura de aluminio de la fachada cruje. Especialmente por la mañana, entre las 5:30 y las 9:00. Olvídate de dormir a esas horas. Es como si estuvieran de obras, solo que no hay obra. Si no fuera por eso, el hotel está bien. Eso sí, pagar más de 200€ por noche y tener esos ruidos... Recomiendo mejor cualquier otro hotel.

Ducharte era lo mismo que inundar el baño no fueron capaces de pasar una fregona y si que lo vieron

Excelente estadía solo faltan señalamientos del hotel
