毎年7月末に家族で宿泊してます。 このホテルの目玉は目の前のビーチ！！！ 客層も家族連れとシニアが多く、とても落ち着いた雰囲気です。 また来年も宿泊したいです。

Lovely location. Friendly staff. Hotel overall was a little tired. Our room had a cracked sink and broken balcony glass but large comfy bed, shower over bath with shower curtain. Hairdryer. Clean. Breakfast was average, plenty but some times a little dried out. Very good indoor swimming pool,sauna and gym. Pool a little too hot for us personally. Outdoors was good, plenty of seating but could use a clean under cushions. Overall would stay again

The most AMAZING location, the beach was 1.5 minutes from our bedroom door. Staff were nice and helpful. Food was fabulous. The kitchen was understaffed one of the nights we ate there and we had to wait over 1 hour for food to arrive. Had we known this when we made our reservation we would have made alternative arrangements. The harbour view from our balcony was amazing. The mattress NEEDS CHANGING URGENTLY - sloping both sides and so wants to eject you from the bed. It justifies its 4-star hotel rating though somehow there is a slight fawlty towers vibe ..... but in a nice way

Staff were very helpful and polite, overall very clean. However the hotel needs updateing, particularly in bedroom and a good coat of paint.

I will return to this hotel as it’s on the beach, the staff are friendly and my room was very clean and comfortable and I had a lovely sea view. I wish there were more healthier options for lunch and dinner, I should next time order poached eggs for breakfast, but I was a bit shy doing that. I should say that I tried to go to The Haven one lunchtime, to have lunch, as my grandfather stayed there a lot in the 60’s and despite the receptionist saying it was open, it was totally deserted, and the nearby bar staff were completely dismissed of me.

Staff were very helpful, especially Steph who assisted with a room change. The original sea view room was on the ground floor and had a view of the kids playground immediately outside - we didn’t really want to sit out on the balcony therefore, plus there were no nets in the room so you either had to be in full view of everyone outside or close the curtains and be plunged into darkness. Luckily we were able to move after the first night and the room on the second floor was an improvement. Breakfast was fine and the location is pretty unbeatable. Staff very nice. But as others have said, the hotel needs some serious TLC to even feel close to a four star.

Dated but very clean and very good hotel

Location was amazing. Staff friendly and polite. Food wonderful. What lets it down is, the moment you walk upstairs towards accommodation it all seems rather tired. Walking into the room felt like we had gone back 30 years. Room was very dated. Hadn’t seen a shower curtain in a hotel bathroom for decades!!

Wonderful position on the beach and such friendly helpful staff. Great view from our rooms and super indoor pool and beach bar with pizzas.

Location was fantastic, room was clean but could do with modernising as it was a bit dated. Staff were very good. Value for money probably not but once it's been shown a bit of love and attention it would be well worth it.

Great with good breakfast

Upgraded to a seaview room. Room comfortable and clean. Had requested a large bad which we got. Good breakfast. Outside is a little tired but location excellent.

Awful room, very bad value for money

Fabulous location. Very convenient for what we had planned during our stay. Nice sizable from, with balcony facing Poole Harbour...wrong time of year to take full advantage!

The beach view is obviously great, and the reason for coming here as it's affordable. The reason it's affordable is due to the tired conditions. The balcony was filthy and my partner had to clean the chairs with wet loo roll and the railings to lean on. The room itself was clean enough, although the bathroom didn’t make me feel like I wanted to have a bath, and i usually like to take the opportunity in a hotel. We didn't really enjoy breakfast, egg and bacon ok, sausages and hash browns not. I would rate it closer to 3*. I would stay again, because of the location.

The shower struggled to give out constant hot water. One minute warm the next cold!! The hotel is in need of much upgrading

Yes breakfast great. The room was clean and changed each day. Staff excellent friendly throughout.Beach view fantastic!
