Clean and spacious rooms. Well decored and good upholstery. Some things need improvement are 1. Picture showed ground floor rooms and open garden area in front of them. Its not like that. 2. No iron and ironing table in room. 3. Fan chord was broken. Which means no proper maintenance 4. TV remote didn't work. 5. Phone volume very low.

Lotus Blanc Resort was a pleasant surprise! It's a lovely hotel, simple, modern and clean. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, from the hotel driver, to Chantry in reception to Mr. Chiva the assistant guest experience manager. They gave us a room change when we weren't too happy with the one they originally gave us. Beds were quite comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. Location was fantastic. We'd stay there again.
