客室が広く、清掃が行き届いてた。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、朝食ビュッフェはバラエティ豊富でオススメ。

スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、部屋も綺麗に行き届いていて、素晴らしいホテルでした。 ただし、日本とは違い歯ブラシはないので、日本から来る方は、歯ブラシは持参が必須です（無料のスリッパはあります） 旧市街など中心部にも近く、タリン空港からも近いので、アクセスが良いのも魅力です。 また、朝食もとても美味しく、トマトジュースが好きな私には、トマトジュースがあるのはとても嬉しいサービスでした。 The service of all the staff was wonderful, and the room was clean and attentive, so it was a wonderful hotel. However, unlike Japan, there is no toothbrush, visitors from Japan must bring a toothbrush (free slippers are available). It is close to the old town and the center of the city, and it is also close to Tallinn Airport, so it has good access. Also, the breakfast was very delicious, and as I like tomato juice, it was a very nice service to have tomato juice.

Nice sauna, steam room and pool. Room was okay but bed was hard and bathroom configuration made it hard to use toilet. No plug for hairdryer in the bathroom. Restaurant was closed on rooftop, bar was open with minimum menu and was very expensive. Lack of ambience in bar on top floor

Lovely hotel in a great location!

Have visited this hotel several times. Definitely not 5-star hotel anymore which it formerly was. During check-in receptionist claimed that spa is not included to our reservation which is not true according Hotels.com hotel page. After this show receptionist asked additional payment for early check-in (we were there about 70mins before actual and room was ready). Tried to force me to join some non-sense ad mailing list to avoid this payment. Breakfast is high-class but level of service is very poor. For example some tables got coffee served some not etc. In the room you are able to see through toilets door which still makes no sense to me. Some renovation is needed in rooms Will try another hotel next time kkekee
