スタッフの皆さんの対応も素晴らしく、部屋も綺麗に行き届いていて、素晴らしいホテルでした。 ただし、日本とは違い歯ブラシはないので、日本から来る方は、歯ブラシは持参が必須です（無料のスリッパはあります） 旧市街など中心部にも近く、タリン空港からも近いので、アクセスが良いのも魅力です。 また、朝食もとても美味しく、トマトジュースが好きな私には、トマトジュースがあるのはとても嬉しいサービスでした。 The service of all the staff was wonderful, and the room was clean and attentive, so it was a wonderful hotel. However, unlike Japan, there is no toothbrush, visitors from Japan must bring a toothbrush (free slippers are available). It is close to the old town and the center of the city, and it is also close to Tallinn Airport, so it has good access. Also, the breakfast was very delicious, and as I like tomato juice, it was a very nice service to have tomato juice.

Everything about my harbour view room was perfect. Comfy bed, great view, huge bathroom with soaker tub and large shower. Closet was good size also. And clean!

Great location and room specs, especially in the is part of Europe. The fabric is showing some signs of wear and tear which needs a little attention. Cleaning is excellent. Will return.

Wonderful hotel. We were ungraded which was lovely. The majority of our stay was excellent and would mean we would recommend the hotel to others. Two issues - breakfast started 7am and we needed to leave before that time for our ferry. No alternative. We’d paid for breakfast. Second - We had booked the Michelin star restaurant within the building for dinner. This restaurant was advertised at breakfast on the same day. We had communication about the upcoming visit and were excited. On arrival, we found out that the restaurant had closed down that day. No one communicated that with us before. We had food in the bar on inappropriate sized tables. We raised this at checkout and the person didn’t know about the restaurant and was quite dismissive.

Spacious, clean room with great views. Tasty breakfast with a good spread for pescatarians including made-tp-order omelettes and avocado toast. Location ideal for explorating on foot - short, easy walk into the Old Town, and plenty of local amenities nearby. Friendly and accommodating staff too. The gym is well equipped and clean. Be mindful it costs €15pp to use the pool/sauna which isn't mentioned on the listing.

All I can say is wow what a wonderful place. The view was absolutely incredible in our room. The bathroom was so nice. The staff was super friendly and nice. The breakfast was unbelievable. I would stay there again in a heartbeat. If I could, I would live there. And my fiancé had such a wonderful time. Very very cool place. Thank you to the wonderful staff.

Luxury hotel which has worn down. Our bed was poor, blanket was terrible. Staff was nice but hotel needs serious maintenance tto regain its glory.

There is extra charge for the pool. A little bit distant from old town for a walk. Would not go back because of the location.

El hotel es notoriamente un 5 estrellas, la tensión del personal es bastante buena y las instalaciones bastante lujosas, lo mejor sin duda es la vista desde las habitaciones! Increíble lo bello que se ve el horizonte
