総合評価とレビュー Residence Inn by Marriott Los Angeles Burbank Downtown

仕事での１泊の滞在だったので、レジデンスタイプのホテルをあえて選択しなくてもよかったかも、 と思いました。

息子のダンス留学の目的で、約3週間滞在しました。 ホテルは常に清潔で快適に過ごせます。部屋には設備の整ったキッチンがありますし、ホテル内にコインランドリーもあるので、まるで自身の部屋のように長期滞在できました。 レンタカーがあれば、LAXからだいたい1時間くらいです。ホテルからバーバンクのダウンタウンには徒歩で行ける距離で、ショッピングや食事を楽しめます。ダンススタジオのあるノースハリウッドには15分弱。ロサンゼルスの中心の主要な観光地にも40分くらいで何処に行くにも便利です。また、夜になっても静かで安全です。 ただ、バスタブ付きの部屋をリクエストしていましたが、かなわなくて残念でした。 それでも、またロサンゼルスを訪れる時は利用したいと思う快適に過ごせるホテルです。

Enjoyed my stay.

Mi estadía en el hotel después del crucero fue en general correcta en cuanto a instalaciones y limpieza. El desayuno es bueno y variado, sin embargo, los empleados que lo atienden parecen molestos cuando uno se sirve y dan la sensación de que limitan el consumo de los alimentos, lo cual resulta incómodo. Además, no respetaron los valores acordados en la reserva hecha a través de hoteles.com, especialmente en el servicio de estacionamiento, donde la aplicación indicaba un precio distinto al que me cobraron en el hotel. Esto me parece inaceptable y solicito que revisen esta situación y realicen el reembolso correspondiente. En general, el personal del hotel, tanto en recepción como en el área de desayuno, muestra poca empatía, mal humor y poca disposición para atender bien al cliente. Esto empaña lo positivo que tiene el hotel y hace que la experiencia no sea del todo satisfactoria. Tienen mucho potencial para mejorar, pero mientras no corrijan estos aspectos, no podría recomendarlo.

We spent a great time with a nice pool, offering a good breakfast and easy parking space, close to the highway and the shopping centre as well as to other Universal Studios parks

Such a great place to recover after spending a day in Burbank with the family. Great accommodations!!

I had a great experience with the Marriott. It was exactly what i expected and much more. The staff was great the food was good. Walking distance from downtown burbank witch was very convenient. I'll be coming back soon!

The front desk clerk was very friendly. He gave me ideas of things to do in the areas. The hotel was nice and clean. Fill breakfast included. I absolutely loved the outdoor patios area around the pool. Overall 10/10 experience

First of all, we were put in a two bedroom suite that overlooks the freeway and alley. It was extremely noisy and we did not sleep well. I told the lady at the desk but she said yeah and no further arrangement. The next night was just as bad. The dresser in the master bedroom had a drawer that wouldn’t close and I was afraid someone would hurt themself on it. There were no usb ports to plug things into . The parking was horrendous. We were charged for overnight parking yet there was absolutely no parking. I found out that families that were affected by the fire were staying there and some had 3 cars. I demanded they take the parking fee off and they did but this was probably the worst hotel we ever stayed at. My husband felt that we should have received a refund and I agree. I can’t believe This was rated a 9 as wonderful

My daughter got married nearby and I had to work the entire time. The room was perfect for my laptop and extra monitor. the desk was plenty big enough to hold all the hardware. Plus, I loved having to not go out for food. Huge refridgerator and they even produced a large drip coffee pot for me!! Got everything accomplished both for work and wedding preperation. They even created wedding bookings for all of the out of town guests. They were so accomodating to all of our needs.

Room smelled like a smokers home. Super noisy air conditioning that drowns out the TV. Pool was Ice cold. We stayed 6 days and they said the heater was broken. I don't believe them. Probably just cheap. Super close to the freeway. Freeway noise all day and night
