駅から至近に位置しており、アクセスが便利。薪ストーブのあるラウンジは快適です。徒歩圏内にレストランも沢山あり、ビジネスでもプライベートでもお薦めできるホテルです。

The location was excellent, close to the railway station and the RailAir stop, which is why we chose this hotel. Our biggest complaint were the two single beds, they were uncomfortably hot with only a single very heavy duvet. As simple sheet and blanket would be much more comfortable.

Super close to the train station and bus stops- less than a block away. This made it easy to walk to, even with lots of luggage. Room was clean and spacious with USB ports for charging so I didn't have to use my adaptor plug in. Reading was a great place to stay on the night before my flight back home from Heathrow- a beautiful green space park near the hotel to relax in, super easy access off the train, and then easy access (again about 1/4 of a block) to the Railair bus stop for a trip that dropped me off directly at Heathrow. Felt very safe walking around and was nice to see the ruins of an abbey and a local museum- all for free!

Great hotel and location

Chambre classe et lit confortable. Salle de bain équipée d’une baignoire et d’une douche. Haute qualité de prestation, largement au-dessus des standards habituels anglais.

Room was clean but a bit tatty, holes in curtains

Breakfast was 10/10. Rooms are lovely.

Clean room, with very comfortable bed. Quiet even though overlooking a busy street. Great shower/bathroom.

Don't judge by outside

Very nice hotel, close to railway station so ideal for me and without any noise. Stayed in a suite, very well laid out with plenty of room. My only negative comment would be one of the basins in the bathroom was stained which was a little visually off-putting, but no other concerns.

Ok

The service was up to the normal Malmaison level, the hotel itself is ok. It needs some maintenance - the lifts look tatty, the bathroom sink needed the drain clearing so the water actually ran out properly. It was ok for a 'bed for the night' but didn't feel premium.

Clean room

Room was clean and tidy. Bathroom clean. Made to feel welcome at check in. Breakfast was very enjoyable. Cooked to order and Yvette was welcoming and very attentive.
