エレベータがあるのはよかった。部屋はとてもきれい。水が無料だったらうれしい。朝食はおもったほどではなかった。サラダとか他のフレッシュジュースがあるとなおうれしい。

初めてのモロッコでしたが立地が良く、客層も落ち着いていたのでゆっくり過ごすことができました。

フナマーケットやスークから歩いて数分なのでとても便利な立地でした。 私は一人旅でしたが、西洋人の老夫婦が多く落ち着いた客層です。 部屋も広く、清潔でした。

5つ星だけあって、設備・サービスは申し分ありません。クラシカルな内外装デザインですが、設備は近代的にアップグレードされており、快適な滞在ができました。 チェックイン時にはソファに案内され、よく冷えたおしぼりとミントティーを提供されました。 通りに面した部屋を予約しましたが、二重窓になっているため騒音もほとんど聞こえず、睡眠を邪魔されるようなことはありませんでした。 唯一、無料Wi-Fiは滞在した部屋では電波が微弱で、接続にストレスがあったことだけが難点でしたz

観光には最適な場所であり、観光して直ぐにホテルに戻ってこれる好位置にある。日中はホテル内のプールでリラックス出来、ファミリー向けにもお勧め。レンタカーでマラケシュにきたのですが、車では不向きと感じました。一点気になったのがエクスペディアには13時チェックインと記載、ホテルは14時とチェックインと主張、結果1時間待たされるというとても気分の悪いスタートになりました。

フナ広場からも近く観光にはすごくいい。 お部屋も素敵で言うこと無しのホテルです。 新婚旅行に最適な感じです。

フナ広場へのアクセスが良く、街を満喫することができました。スタッフの対応も素晴らしく、リラックスした休日を過ごすことができました。

Spa was nice, rooms were nice. Food was mostly average except for the asian restaurant, that was great.

Idéalement situé pour profiter de l’animation de la place Jemaa el Fna. Une vue magnifique de la Koutoubia depuis la piscine et le bar en roof top ! Petit déjeuner décevant pour ce standing d’hôtel. Luxé un peu désuet mais typique.

We had a great suite (room 22) in this ideally placed hotel. The staff were all friendly and courteous. We enjoyed beers in the Sky Bar. It’s a great place to stay.

This hotel was fine, but grossly overpriced and not remotely worthy of five stars. The staff don’t speak English well, but always act like they understand.

Pool area great but staff very slow for service

Lovely hotel with real character, huge rooms, and a little quiet oasis even though right in the old town. Main square only 3 minute walk and central for most things. Lovely lounge/fire/pool table area facing the main pool to evening chill.

For the price, I expected more. It isn't a bad hotel, just not as good as others I stayed at in Marrakech for a cheaper price. - concierge was not super helpful when I needed an umbrella for my trip the next day and they just said "someone will be there to help you tomorrow". Like what's so difficult in giving me the umbrella there and then? Also, bantering and speaking in a language I didn't understand also came across unprofessional at times. - every morning, there's so much noise, i.e heavy objects moving, etc. As if the rooms are not sound proof. The Indian restaurant is amazing, ate there many times, reasonable prices too. Rooftop views are amazing and it's very close to souks so has it's pros. But overall I didn't find this value for money. Maybe I should have got a smaller room...

Fantastic service, upgraded our room for free. I did think that an improvement in the spa would have been good but overall I think the hotel is well located, staff very friendly and a good place to stay.
