シャワーが狭い

理由 １．部屋の電源が落ちていて、スタッフを呼んだら、謝りもせずブレーカーを上げていった。 ２．ＴＶの電源接触不良でフロントに修理するよう電話したら、２０分たっても何の連絡もなし。　催促の電話をしたらやっとスタッフがきたが、その際もフロントのスタッフは何の謝りもしない。 ホテルのグレードが良好なのにスタッフの質が悪く、再利用する気にはならない。

This is a wonderful, clean & friendly hotel in the heart of Martina France. I have come many times since 2012 & always have a great experience.

We enjoyed our stay but the room was super small as was the bathroom for 3 adults. It looked larger in the photos. Their blow dryer kept turning off (over heating). The staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was good!

Great location close to the city center but that's the only advantage. Don't be fooled by the view of the gardens and pool; very basic rooms. Smallest bathroom. Shower that even the smallest and thinnest person can't get into. Lukewarm water in the shower and no hot water at all! Breakfast is very basic. Cold omelette, cold coffee, no vegetables, just small, tasteless tomatoes. The simplest cornflakes. Dry cakes. Service that barely clears the tables. The hotel could easily be a 5-star hotel if they focused on repairs and attention. Too bad. Look for another hotel, it's not a 4-star hotel at all

Great location and good service, maybe a tip: more English readable notes on food and other places. Also a little outdated or here and there some fixing needed :)

Hotel bello e accogliente. Stanza quadrupla molto grande. Colazione ottima. Vicinissimo al centro di Martina Franca. Comodo l'ampio parcheggio

Great hotel. It is just near the Centro Storico of Martina Franca. The rooms are clean. The staff from reception and breakfast are very kind. The pool is a great asset. We hope to come back.

Clean and ample room but the elevator didn't reach our floor. Great pool area, beautiful grounds and veranda fo4 breakfast. Breakfast items were nothing too special, just ok

La struttura ha un bel stile, piscina molto bella molto pulito e servizi ottimi

Hotel vicino al centro ( raggiungibile con una piacevole passeggiatina), con piscina e ampi spazi comuni, stanze e bagni ristrutturati, pulito , doccia un po’ piccola. Colazione ottima . Noi siamo stati molto bene .

Bien que les chambres et la façade de l'hôtel auraient besoin d'un rafraichissement, la literie est confortable et le petit-déjeuner très bien. Le parc est très agréable.

Great older hotel of a bygone era Room was large but had no conveniences bathroom was large but had the smallest possible shower jammed in one corner Pool was wonderful and well kept But huge missed opportunity as there was no bar or food service. A drink on the balcony would have been fabulous as would some food options To me an opportunity missed, which could turn it into a much better experience
