ランカスター大学での調査目的だったので、キャンパスに隣接したこのホテルを選びました。ランカスターの駅から遠いので夜中に着いたらタクシーで行くしかないかと思っていましたが、大学行きのバスはたくさん出ていたのでバスで行きました。ただ駅からバス停までは、グーグルマップを頼りに雨の中を歩かなければなりませんでしたが。大学キャンパスのバス停から、ちょっと見つけにくかったですが、それほど離れているわけではありません。到着してからホテルで夕食を食べるつもりでしたが、ホテルのレストランが９時までと閉まるのが早くギリギリでした。価格の割にはグレードの高いホテルで、部屋は綺麗で広く、快適でサービスもよかったです。

In need of a complete renovation Rooms r dated, no coffee bar. No mini fridge , walls dirty Small tv with limited channels . Old drapes , carpet dirty, The older staff were wonderful, pleasant , informative. No onsite store, very limited amenities Lobby / pub needs a full redo as well Furniture old dated. Bedding old Definitely need to put some money into updating the hotel.

Nice room, nice bar, spa facilities were great, can't beat the hot tub in the pouring rain !!

Ideally situated for the University, nice and quiet

預訂之前說了不要安排走廊尾的房間。結果還是給了我一個在死角的房間。房間內只有兩個窗，兩個也不能正常開關。窗外是一個滿佈積水及青苔的天台。入住第一天，也發現房間地上有一大隻死去昆蟲的屍體，到我走的時間持續四天屍體還在。

Stayed one night on a business trip. Overall okay, but for £200+ a night I expected more. The hotel feels outdated and is probably more suited to the older generation. Food was overpriced and disappointing, £70 for four small plates with chicken, sausages and cauliflower steak tasting off. Service was quite slow due to staff shortages. The room had stains on the carpet, a patio door letting in water, and faulty doors that felt like they could come off the hinges at any point. Pillows sank in the middle but puffed up at the sides, leaving me with a sore neck. Positives were the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and the cosy fire in reception. Fine for a quick trip, but I’d eat in Lancaster town instead. Would recommend a decor update.

The breakfast was average. Many drinks weren't available in the evening. The room wasn't ready for the check-in at 16:00. The drain in the shower wasn't working great.

Excellent value for money when you consider that the pool, steam, sauna, jacuzzi (indoor and outdoor) plus all the items you would expect in a room are all included in the cost. Excellent location for coast and Lake District.

Lovely staff. Really nice room and spa was good and free! Down side was paying for parking if you didn't book direct. This was £12.

Comfortable room, and close to M6 motorway. Thought breakfast was overpriced at £14.99 each.

Friendly helpful staff. The quality of the food was excellent. Good choice of breakfast items and quickly prepared.
