総合評価とレビュー Lancaster House Hotel

ランカスター大学での調査目的だったので、キャンパスに隣接したこのホテルを選びました。ランカスターの駅から遠いので夜中に着いたらタクシーで行くしかないかと思っていましたが、大学行きのバスはたくさん出ていたのでバスで行きました。ただ駅からバス停までは、グーグルマップを頼りに雨の中を歩かなければなりませんでしたが。大学キャンパスのバス停から、ちょっと見つけにくかったですが、それほど離れているわけではありません。到着してからホテルで夕食を食べるつもりでしたが、ホテルのレストランが９時までと閉まるのが早くギリギリでした。価格の割にはグレードの高いホテルで、部屋は綺麗で広く、快適でサービスもよかったです。

Would definitely visit again! We had a free room upgrade and it was a significant improvement on the room we had anticipated - thank you very much! The room looked a little tired and so were some of the corridor/stair areas too. Our wasn't perfectly clean - the windows, mirrors and a large crisp was fairly obvious but overall, it was good. The sound deadening was notably good even with a wedding party in progress. We had a meal in the Sandeman restaurant with our daughter and friend. We all enjoyed our meal, excellent service too. The leisure facility as previously, was excellent. Really enjoyed it. Again as previously, the staff were excellent, warm, welcoming and helpful. Mr Srees served us twice on reception, top marks!! Ok, needs some maintenance and a little extra attention to cleaning but overall, a lovely hotel. The entrance and reception area is particularly enchanting. Hope to visit again in the coming year.

Professional and friendly staff Great amenities

Good location within 20-30minutes away from lakes. Pool and gym great facilities. Breakfast very nice and great choices of fresh fruit. Definitely stay again

Excellent stay, great hotel, fantastic food and friendly staff

A lovely hotel with great facilities and excellent location next to the University and stones throw from the City of Lancaster. What stood out for us was the staff. The customer service was of the highest quality and we were made to feel extremely welcome. We highly recommend this high quality hotel.

We had a lovely stay, room was spotless and nicely decorated. Hotel in general was very well maintained and beautiful. Staff were lovely and friendly, very helpful and the amenities were great.

I stayed at Lancaster Hiuse with friends for a general get together and catch-up. It was excellent in every way.

Amazing hotel clean and tidy despite its age. Stayed for two night and it was the perfect stay use of the spa made the weekend more fun and the breakfast didn’t disappoint.

I enjoyed staying at the hotel. The only thing I didn’t like is that the water bottle in the room was empty when we checked in. we requested for a new one, but we haven’t got one.

Lovely hotel. We had a room upgrade as it was a birthday which was great. Customer service when we arrived on reception was not great. There was no enthusiasm to see us or smiles from the man. I think he was new as unsure in himself. But even so he could be more welcoming

Met all our requirements. Very peaceful stay. Breakfast was very good. Staff very helpful Rooms very comfortable.

From Check in to Check out the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, we enjoyed the Tapas style menu and the breakfast was perfect, will certainly use this hotel again maybe even for a Personal trip to use all the facilities

Free parking friendly staff nice clean room very nice dinner and breakfast and spa facilities

Stayed at this nice hotel. Food a bit pricey. EV chargers were a bit hit and miss.
