ランカスター大学での調査目的だったので、キャンパスに隣接したこのホテルを選びました。ランカスターの駅から遠いので夜中に着いたらタクシーで行くしかないかと思っていましたが、大学行きのバスはたくさん出ていたのでバスで行きました。ただ駅からバス停までは、グーグルマップを頼りに雨の中を歩かなければなりませんでしたが。大学キャンパスのバス停から、ちょっと見つけにくかったですが、それほど離れているわけではありません。到着してからホテルで夕食を食べるつもりでしたが、ホテルのレストランが９時までと閉まるのが早くギリギリでした。価格の割にはグレードの高いホテルで、部屋は綺麗で広く、快適でサービスもよかったです。

Staff were incredible, bar was amazing, food amazing. Free upgraded room was really something!

All staff throughout the hotel were welcoming and helpful. Leisure facilities are lovely, rooms spacious, comfy and clean. We had a lovely steak meal in the hotel

Stayed at this hotel as en route to Scotland and dog friendly. Staff were friendly and helpful. The added bonus was access to pool and spa facilities which you don’t often get when travelling with a pet. Good food also.

Was over for a football match and decided to stay an extra night on the way back to the boat. Great hotel, staff were very friendly and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and service was top notch

Stayed at this hotel last night. Very dated and needs some TLC.

no instructions how to put the heating. crack in bathroom ceiling and a couple of the floor tiles cracked. the shower head not really any use - i am only 5ft 2ins and had to stand right at the back of the bath to at least get part of my hair wet to use shampoo. no bath mat and nearly slipped.

Hotel is very nice in a good location. Staff were all excellent (young Katherine in the restaurant was brilliant!) Breakfast was really good. Food in the restaurant was lovely too. Don’t like having to pay (£12.00) to park in the hotels own car park, if I’d noticed this when booking I would have booked elsewhere. Also there was only one bath towel and one hand towel for the two of us……. Otherwise it was good..

Great staff and lovely food.

It was a lovely room but there seemed to be a problem with the heating because it was rather chilly. I was dismayed to be charged £12 for parking as nowhere was it stated at the time of booking that it would be the case. I was told by the receptionist that it was a charge for Expedia who take the money. I shall enquire with them.

Great hotel with really good facilities. Staff were good and very polite. Really good room very spacious and great spa.

The spa makes this hotel particularly good value.

Lovely hotel-would be even better with a lift. Friendly staff and very convenient location for gigs at Lancaster Uni.

Lovely stay - only negative was evening menu options were limited and didn’t really suit our needs

In need of a complete renovation Rooms r dated, no coffee bar. No mini fridge , walls dirty Small tv with limited channels . Old drapes , carpet dirty, The older staff were wonderful, pleasant , informative. No onsite store, very limited amenities Lobby / pub needs a full redo as well Furniture old dated. Bedding old Definitely need to put some money into updating the hotel.
