総合評価とレビュー Rocabella Mykonos Hotel

ミコノスタウンからは離れている為、ゆったりと過ごせすことができます。ミコノスタウンへ行きたい場合も一時間に一度送ってくれるようなので、ゆっくりバカンスを楽しみたい人にオススメです。スタッフの方もみなさんフレンドリーで温かく、１日のみの宿泊でしたがまた泊まりたいと思えるホスピタリティ溢れるホテルだと思います。

素晴らしい、心からの「おもてなし」であった。部屋はオシャレで広め。水回りも含めて、何も不満はない。少し街から離れる分だけ、すごく景色が良い。ちなみに、空港や港との送迎は10ユーロかかる。街に出るのもタクシーで10ユーロ。

ミコノスタウンからは少しはなれていますが、そんなことは気にならないくらい素敵なホテルでした。ジムもあり2泊しましたがゆっくりできました。

先ずフロントの女性が素晴らしい笑顔とホスピタリティー 日本のお、も、て、な、し以上です その他のスタッフも素晴らしいおもてなしです。朝食もレパートリーが多く美味しかったです。今迄各国旅しましたが、ここまでコストパホーマンスが凄いホテルはなかったです。

I stayed in this hotel for 2days with my wife. We were so impressed with their service such as the welcome drink, and the clear and kind interface. The ocean view from our room was also outstanding. The location was a little bit far from the town, but we could enjoy with the transfer service for free.

So the miniature pool in the room was literally like a bathtub on a closet balcony. It was a beautiful resort. It was up on a cliff, so it was removed from right in town stuff, but that was fine. The view was gorgeous. Staff was great.

The aesthetic of the hotel and the view were highlights. On check in I told reception we were separate, but instead of treating me as a separate entity they decided to show the two friends I came with my room first. After checking out I found out they billed what should have been billed to my room to their room. My room was smaller than theirs, which was upsetting as I know we paid the same price. The bathroom door had a lock but didn’t lock. Its outward swing blocked the circulation of the room. The drawers either wouldn’t work or would get jammed and fall out. The quality of house keeping to turn over my room was poor. Clumps of hair left by the sink. Furniture was left askew. Never left more toothpaste or q-tips when I finished what was originally given on check-in. My requests through WhatsApp were granted. There was a friendly cat on site.

Comfortable stay, due to miscommunication our complimentary drinks ended up being billed to the room which caught us off guard. The staff are friendly and very accessible through WhatsApp, rooms are clean, breakfast is yummy! If you are planning to rent vehicles it is a great place to be as the area is not very walkable.

Sehr zuvorkommender Service. Tolles Frühstück mit bester Auswahl. Tolles Hotel im Boho Stil. Alles sauber und schön klein gehalten. Wir würden es immer wieder buchen.

The pool and the view is what you are paying for. They are great, but I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star. More like a 3-4 it’s also pretty expensive and not worth the price they charge. The food was mediocre at best. And the neighbors gave us a noise complaint on a Saturday night for chatting on the phone on the balcony. Overall nice place, staff was friendly but not worth the price. Will not stay again

O hotel é muito novo e muito bonito. Ficamos em uma suite espetacular, com uma decoração lindíssima e com uma piscina interna de frente para o mar.

We had a great time at Rocabella. The staff is wonderfull, the food is great and hotel is really nice. We got the highest room in the property with the most amazing view to the ocean.

I recently stayed at Rocabella and had an exceptional experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The bathroom was modern with high-end amenities and plenty of hot water, making for a rejuvenating experience. The hotel offers fantastic facilities including a well-equipped fitness center and a serene spa. I thoroughly enjoyed the pool and the on-site restaurant which served delicious and diverse cuisine. The breakfast buffet was a highlight, featuring a range of options that catered to all dietary preferences. The location of the hotel is ideal, situated within taxi distance to major attractions and public transportation. This made sightseeing and exploring the city incredibly convenient. Overall, my stay at Rocabella] exceeded all expectations. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a blend of comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. Special shout out to Awais who was always available like a genie and made our stay extra special. Thank you Fay, Niko (for the drinks) and George and of course the chef.

The property and the staff were amazing before and throughout our stay. I would highly recommend to stay here. We will definitely come back
