古いホテルでしたが、部屋は清潔感があり広くて使いやすかったです！

とても歴史のある感じの建物を利用したホテル、少し階段があったりして、重いスーツケースには不利かもしれませんが、大きな問題ではないです。　 天井高い！　部屋は落ち着いた作りで、ホッとします。 部屋に設置してあるタオルが…テーブルクロスのような、ホテルで使用するナプキンのような…初めての体験でちょっとビックリしました。 スタッフの皆さんはとってもフレンドリーで色々助けてくれました。 朝食会場は建物内とテラス席もあり、日差しさえ問題なければ最高です。　スズメやら蜂やらが朝食をつまみに来ますが、それも楽しいかと(笑)。

お部屋の塩素の匂いが最初きつすぎた。 窓に防音とかされていないせいか開いてる？て思うくらい外の音がうるさかった。 朝食は美味しかった。従業員は親切だったり

フロアー毎に現代風なインテリアの空間とアンティークな空間のフロアがあり素敵な演出。 廊下の所々に読書スペースなども設けてあります。 テラスでの朝食もとても美味しくてオススメです。

お部屋も従業員の方の対応も気持ちが良いものでした。しかし朝食はとても評価できるものではありませんでした。アメリカ人向けにしてもコーヒーがひどく薄く、パンも種類は揃えてありますが二つ星のホテルのほうがずっとおいしいものを出しています。3つ星なのでスクランブルエッグやソーセージ、ベーコンもありましたが、どれも質は考慮されていないと思います。朝食はかなり残念な部類に入りました。

location is very quite and nice for comfortable vacation, staffs are also nice and friendly. unfortunately wifi doesn't work well in our room so should go out to hall.

ホテルはメインの観光スポットから少し離れていますが徒歩で全て回りました。周囲の騒音もなく、部屋は綺麗にしてあり、特に問題なかったです。ホテル目の前の路上に駐車スペースがあり、運良くそこに車をとめることができましたが、周辺の他の駐車場はみつけにくい。ミケランジェロ広場まではかなり坂を登っていかなければなりません。

２回目の滞在でしたが　アットホームな雰囲気で快適でした。

部屋が広く、アンティーク調の家具が揃えられており、趣のあるよいホテルです。ホテルのロケーションも良く、主要な美術館や教会まで歩いていけます。フロントの男性は大変親切で、車の駐車などに付き添ってくれました。８月に滞在しましたが、朝食はテラスでとり、気持ちよかったです。朝食は、パン、果物、チーズ、ハムなどが中心。少し期待はずれでしたが、コーヒーはとてもおいしかった。

Great hotel and staff

The room was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was really good and was always getting refilled. Overall, I had a great experience in the hotel.

Very clean, lovely and friendly staff. Great breakfast (buffet style) included. Bedrooms very comfortable and quiet. Super location for exploring Florence on foot. Would certainly stay here again.

The hotel was a great location thats about a 18 min walk to the main hustle of the town. Just across the bridge and in a nice area very near the piazza michaelangelo. The staff was the highlight as everyone was nice and helpful. Nice room and waking up church bells is a plus :)I recommend this place if you want to stay in a family ran place (Belotti family, amazing house) and have an authentic florentine stay :) Grazie mille!

The hotel.is accessible to all places by foot. Staff were friendly and helpful. We had 2 rooms , they were both spotless. There was a strong smell from the disinfectant that the room had to be aired everytime we walked in. Breakfast was wonderful. Several choices. They had a water machine to fill water bottles .

Good location, simple but good value

The room was in good condition, except mold in the shower. I also was put in the tiniest room on the property after reserving a premium double room. I was traveling with others who booked the same type of room and had much larger accomodations. For $350 a night, I was not pleased. Also, the A/C was turned off for the year, so I had to open windows and get bitten by mosquitos or boil to death. Food was good, front desk was average, but didn't care about the room temperatures.

The location was great. It was just over the bridge and an easy walk to the city center. The room was clean and the breakfast was a great way to start the day.

Very friendly and helpful staffs, nice and clean hotel. Walking 10 mins to the meeting point if you have tours, close and easy to walk around, just pass the bridge. Would stay here again if visit Florence again. Thank you
