ごく普通のホテル。ファミリー向けで、やたらと子供が多い。そのくせ夜は遅くまで大音声の音楽が響き渡っているのには閉口した。

期待以上に透明度高いビーチ、綺麗なたくさんのプール。バス停前にあり、ショッピングに街まで利用しました。部屋にバスタブ有れば良かった。

Herkes çok ilgiliydi. Tüm personel özellikle resepsiyondaki ekip her şeyle çok güler yüzlü bi şekilde ilgilendiler . Tatil boyunca keyif alıp almadığımızı hep sordular. Odalar temizdi ve yemekler lezzetliydi. 2 bebek ile konakladık çok eğlendik aktiviteler vs tüm gün eğlenceliydi 🙏

The location is excellent. The staff was helpful and friendly. Food, drinks, and snacks were very good in terms of quality and quantity. Animators did the job. The pool is a good size and is well-maintained. However, overall, the hotel needs improvements; the rooms have many issues with the ceilings, wallpaper, floors, and bathrooms. For example, in my family room, which is the most expensive room in the hotel, I have a patch of paint on the ceiling, ripped wallpaper, and a shower so small you can barely get in. In particular, I would like to mention the transfer company operating in the hotel lobby. I paid for the trip to Antalya for my family, but the car had a broken AC, so we had to stop on the highway and wait 30 minutes in +35C weather for a replacement car. As compensation, the offer is one free trip. When I ordered a trip for my daughter to the airport at 5:30 AM, the driver was 25 minutes late, then left without explanation, and I had to call a local taxi.

Bayram tatilinde gittik çok yoğun olmalarına rağmen resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar çok yardımcı oldular isteklerimize cevap verdiler tüm personel çok yoğun olmasına rağmen hep güler yüzlüydü yemekler muhteşem çeşit bol ve kaliteli Cristal otel kalitesi gittiğim üç tesisinde aynı güzel bir bayram tatili geçirdik teşekkürler

Rooms were clean but infrastructure/technical facilities were not perfect. Staff particularly the chairman of guest relations , Volkan bey,was very cooperative and did his best to satisfy our each and every needs and demands.

Vi hade en mycket trevlig vecka på Crystal Tat. Maten var riktigt bra, det fanns väldigt mycket att välja på. Daglig städning av rummen som hade en härlig utsikt över poolområdet som var rent och fint.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – man hat alles, was man braucht. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit, und die Lage ist auch sehr gut. Alles war tipptopp – wir können das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Perfekt für jede Reise

Super organisiert, nette Mitarbeiter. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber das stört überhaupt nicht! Das Essen war fantastisch und der Strand und Poolbereich sauber und einladend. Das WLAN im Zimmer ist extrem schlecht, kaum benutzbar, aber in der Lobby in Ordnung. Ich kann das Hotel nur empfehlen.

Vänlig personal. Om något inte var bra så kompenserar de det direkt tex med att man kunde få en sen utcheckning.

Our stay at the Crystal Tat was actually amazing. Great resort Great service. Great food. Great atmosphere and many activities for all ages. I strongly recommend.

Zimmer 105 ist eine Katastrophe.

I did not enjoy our stay at this resort. We have been to numerous all inclusive resorts in different countries and this was our worst experience. The staff are generally unfriendly and not willing to help. Many of the staff were not prepared to serve us or help us because we spoke English. The resort allows patrons to smoke openly everywhere, lobby’s restaurants and rooms, we just could not get away from the cigarette smoke and the smell. We found that other patrons of the resort had a poor habit of staring at us and made us feel very uncomfortable. Our experiences right from check in , guest relations, even at the restaurants were not good. Needless to say we will not be returning or staying at any of those hotel chains again.
