親切で丁寧な接客です。レストランも充実していて、ブュッフェが最高でした。プールもビーチも最高です。向かいのホテルのプールも利用でき、ウォータースライダーがあって良かったです。おすすめします！

全体的には、良いリゾートホテル。プールも多々あり、楽しめる。海はそれほど綺麗ではなく、エメラルドの海を求めるのならば離島に行く必要あり。ただ、ホテルのマリンアクティビティ勧誘スタッフは、強引。契約を取れなければ、気分を害する言動がみられ、がっかりした。

Personel çok nazikti. Oda temiz ve rahattı. Yemekler çok çeşitli ve lezzetliydi. Bahçesi çok geniş ve güzeldi. Deniz ve plaj çok güzeldi. Tavsiye ediyorum. Resepsiyon görevlileri başarılıydı.

Elegant hotel , clean , very welcoming staff . Spacious rooms . Quiet and more for adults . Great food variety What stood out most was the Tanga Beach Restaurant , amazing food and the staff at this restaurant we beyond excellent, the sir hospitality is second to none.

Il a fallu attendre 45’ à 19:00 pour avoir une chambre qui ne correspondait pas à notre réservation. En entrant dans la chambre nous avons trouvé un préservatif utilisé par terre et beaucoup de cheveux dans la salle de bain. Fantastique pour un 5 etoiles

Beautiful hotel. Stayed in an elite room which was lovely and spacious. Slight drain smell in the bathroom first thing in the morning but cleared quickly and didn't bother us!

Wir kenne das Hotel schon seit über 15 Jahren. Wir wurden nie enttäuscht. Und wenn was war, wurde immer eine Lösung gefunden. Leider wird es jedes Jahr teurer, was aber nichts rechtfertig an Service, Hotel, Essen etc. Die Zeit war aber wie Immer hervorragend.

Ein Hotel der extra Klasse. Essen gut, Personal sehr freundlich. Hotel und Ambiente mit viel liebe zum Detail. Der Preis ist das Geld wert.

Chambre très bien pour l’Égypte, service correct mais très très lent. Restaurant refusant une cuisson saignante pour du bœuf !!!! Du jamais vu même en Égypte !!!! Grande piscine Mais qu’une toute petite partie est chauffée… Navette hôtel aéroport annoncé gratuite mais en fait il faut payer 15 euros par passagers, c’est très cher au vue de la distance.

The room was spacious and clean but the drainage/sinks in the bathroom were smelly. We had to close to bathroom door to avoid sleeping with the unpleasant odour at night. Being a resort property, they charge the hotel guests for renting the snorkeling equipment, which is quite unusual for resort, especially with the price we paid.

Food was amazing, staff is friendly and always ready to help, room cleaning is good, more than enough amenities and entertainment for the type of rest this place offers.

Drinks options on the indoor bars were good although there was a different level of All inclusive which you needed to pay for to be able to access some other cocktails and champagne. Staff were very good around the resort and always helpful however there needs to be more waiters around the pool area as we waited for 20-30 minutes sometimes for our order to come back to us. There was also a building site next door to the hotel which is not their fault, but it was a bit noisy at times and unsightly. Food at the resort was beautiful.

Wir haben hier eine Woche verbracht. Das Hotel sowie die Anlage waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Das Personal war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war super ausgestattet (Bademantel, Föhn, großer TV, Klimaanlage, volle Minibar etc.) und wirklich viel Platz. Die Pools sind ein Traum. Es gibt mehr als genug Liegen und man bekommt auch noch Platz wenn man etwas später in den Tag startet.

The staff was wonderful, and most especially Saif who helped us throughout our stay. They allowed us to check in early and check out late which was most helpful considering our flight arrangements, thank you all!!

Amazing property.After they offered a room only with pool view and I paid for Seaview the reception gave us an upgrade very good room with really nice seaview.The cleaning stuff very good.is nice where they advertised that they have to many restaurants but some of them booked 5 days in advance and if you only stayed for 5 days how is that fare.The tempanaki and Egyptian restaurant were nice but the French no great at all. The guy who served the drinks on the beach was not happy with us that I prefer to purchase my drinks from the bar.(why did you go to the bar was his question my answer is why not )They were not nice with my husband about the towel rules.He was there 5 min before 8 am to put our towels for the sunbeds they make him wait 5 min but at the same time a lot of sunbeams were covered with towels around 7:30 am.Rules only for some people but not for all.The amenities were amazing.The golf too.The rooms and the resort were amazing.I don't drink much and I was surprised that I have to get my drink only with dark rum not white.( they what an extra charge ) but one of the managers manage to get me my white rum with no extra charge ( thank you ).Be aware of all inclusive alcohol drinks ( very limited )

Soweit war alles zufriedenstellend, haben leider den Fluch des Pharaos bekommen trotz was man alles vermieden hat. Sonst war aber alles top.
