Very large room and clean. For me it's alittle bit too luxury :→ breakfast was normal. it's better if it begins earlier than 7am.

部屋は大変広く過ごしやすかったです。ルームサービスも大変よく，安心して過ごすことができました。また，アイリッシュブレックファストも大変おいしく満足できました。場所が少しわかりにくいことが難点ですが，目の前にはストアもあり滞在中の生活には一切困ることはありませんでした。

This is a high end hotel at very reasonable rates and we really enjoyed it. Great service, beautiful rooms, quality toiletry/robes and a fabulous breakfast. Parking is just across the Street at a discounted rate. We had a delicious dinner to celebrate our anniversary in the hotel restaurant, the Hampton Grill, as well. We definitely would recommend this hotel if you're staying in Limerick.

Staff were not friendly. They were efficient but not welcoming

For a 5-Star hotel the experience was disapointing. Our room was supposed to have a Shower/Bathtub combination, but at check in, we were put in a room without a bath. When we went down to front desk and informed the staff that we had booked a room with both, they moved us to a different room with a tub and shower. That was good but added unnecessary time to the check in. There was only 1 bath mat in the room, despite the shower and bath being on oposite sides of the bathroom. There was old chewing gum under one of the bedside tables that fell down on my slippers in the morning, and the bathtub was chipped and had limescale on the tap. The hotel was OK, but not the 5star experience I expected.

Our entire experience was wonderful. Cornelius and Sophia at the bar made the experience unforgettable!!

From the moment we arrived, everyone was so welcoming. The hotel was spotless, the bar area had a superb range of cocktails and mocktails, and the art deco vibe is carried beautifully throughout. The rooms are luxurious, the bathrooms huge, and the towels and bathrobes wonderfully soft. Even when I had an issue logging onto the internet, the team were superb and didn’t give up until it was sorted, although it was user error on my part of course. The breakfast room is lovely, we even wore the hats, and the food was delicious. Honestly, I’d give the Savoy in Limerick 20/10 if I could!

Savoy ? More like Savoid ! Check in went very smoothly and all staff are exceptionally helpful, however the hotel condition doesn't live up to it’s name. There was some strange odour lingering at certain parts of the corridor and even the high end diffusers couldn’t cover it up. The shower was broken, there was only extremely hot water. The iron was probably a leftover from the 80’s , and not to mention the moth flying out of the bathrobe.

Not a 5* by any stretch. Room very dated , what looked to be semen / soiled stains on the chair by the bed. Paid for an upgrade to a balcony suite so would be surprised to see what you get when you pay for less. Advertised as a river view , but note you must hang over the railings to see it. Extra €50 odd for breakfast. Personally would resonate it with a 2/3* at most.

Enjoyed our stay at The Savoy Limerick - beautiful room and hotel, a great location for walking the river and sightseeing. Staff were prompt and pleasant sorting wifi issues.

Great room with a nice balcony. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The executive lounge was well stocked and very relaxing. Overall wonderful hotel with a nice restaurant and fantastic staff.
