狭い坂道を上り詰めて期待とともに到着したが。スタッフ全員の態度が不愉快。ウエウエルカム精神が感じられない。機械的。客層が良くない（ある国の客ばかりで、うるさい、声が大きい。マナーが悪い） 二度度と行きたくない。

従業員もテキパキと対応して頂き、快適に過ごすことができました。ベランダからの景色も非常に良かったです。また、宿泊したいと思います。

Beautiful view! Far from noisy center of the city. It’s good to have a relaxing time in Kandy. It was about 500 - 700 rupees to go to the city by Tok-tok

キャンディ市内から程よい距離の山の上にあり、涼しく、景色も良かったです。部屋もキレイで、お湯もしっかり出ます。アメニティのシャンプー、ボディジェル、ボディローションが質が良くて嬉しかったです。アーユルヴェーダマッサージも堪能できました。

眺めがとても良いホテルです！バスルームは狭いですが、それ以外はとても快適でした。食事も様々な種類があり美味しかったです。

フロントから客室までコロニアル様式のとても雰囲気の良いホテルでした。高台にあるため麓の町と比べてとても涼しく過ごしやすかったです。ホテル内に立派なアーユルヴェーダのスパがあり、ドクターに問診をしていただいて勧められた施術を受けましたが、とても心地よく夜はぐっすり寝られました。

山道をかなりくねくねしてからホテルに到着。夜着いたのでエントランスはムーディーなよい雰囲気でした。バスルームはやや狭めで、明るくなってからみると、建物は古い感じでした。ブレックファーストメニューはよくあるブュッフェスタイルで、ポテトカレーやエッグカレーがおいしかったです。なぜかヨーグルトは乳臭く激マズでしたが。夜景を見ながらの晩酌やフレッシュな緑を見ながらの朝食は最高でした！

While the Amaya Hills certainly has great views from the main areas and some of the rooms, the hotel is definitely not worthy of the price it demands. The "Superior" room, which had the view of the parking lot, was a three-star level room at best. Our friends who paid the same exact rate were upgraded to a room with a view of the beautiful valley (which was of course rather unfair), but the room itself was still not that great. While it's somewhat understandable that prices are high during the holiday season, it still does not justify the kind of price that this hotel charges given how old the facilities are.

Standard room beds are too small so needed an upgrade. Lovely staff. Restaurant a little chaotic and A la Carte was no different to buffet

Staff were ver friendly and helpful. The food was excellent.

It is very nice hotel, the view is pretty, but the staff are not trained at all, their is poor. The food is okay, heavy in the SriLankan food. I love the chef very helpful, excellent English, and pleasant. unfortunately I forgot his name.

Beautiful hotel with fantastic staff and views

The property location and gardens stunning amongst the hills, but 4-5km from town. Rooms were really lovely and most staff friendly. However for the price of the property and what they offer leaves a lot to be desired. Thought the buffet was just very average, service on drinks very slow( or they’d even forget) One bottle of water in your room and if you wanted anymore you had to purchase. In your room was only a couple of tea bags and coffee, when we asked for some Green or Herbal tea, we were told they didn’t offer that. In comparison to other properties and for similar or less price was pretty average

The hotel has a perfect mountain view. The rooms are good and clean. The food service is okay, but it could have been better.
