掃除や部屋の清潔感については、拭き掃除など一切していないという感じで問題有りですが、ホテルスタッフは親切で良い：）

見た目は雨のせいで暗いです。中は風呂もあってなかなかです。地下鉄の駅にも遠くなく便利です。ホテルの空港送迎よりも安いタクシーを進めてくれたり、ツアーを予約してくれたり、スタッフも親切でした。ルーマニア全体に言えることだが、英語がよく通じます。朝食もそこそこ種類が多くよかったです。

ブカレストというと、不便で治安が悪いイメージがあるかもしれませんが、このホテルでは快適に過ごすことができました。スタッフはとても親切で、英語も上手です。また朝食も素晴らしいです。写真でお見せできないのが残念です。私が常宿にしたいので、本当はおすすめしたくないくらいです。笑

近くに公園がある環境は良い。フロントも大変感じが良かったし、朝食もヴァラエティに富んでいた。特に、最後の朝は出発が早かったので朝食を取ることができなかったが、その旨言ったらわざわざサンドイッチを作ってくれた。感謝。唯一不満が残ったのは、部屋が広場に面していて夜寝る時も少々うるさかったこと。

It was very nice hotel. The workers in this hotel are very kind. とても良いホテルでした。働いている人はみんな優しく、さすが４つ星ホテルといった感じです。不満という不満では無いのですが、唯一困ったのは、ユニットバスにカーテンが無くて足場が濡れてしまうっていう。笑　それぐらいです。笑

★★★でしょう。周辺は下町で夜中にはあまり便利なところではありませんが、少し足を伸ばすと快適な歩行者天国があります。よかったです。

シャワーだけでなく、バスタブもあり、お湯を溜めて、ゆったりと手足を伸ばすことが出来ました。 朝食は、シンプルです。 フロントの方もホテル前に並んでいるタクシーに空港まで行くことを伝えてくれる優しさがイイです。 無料のインターネットもサクサクでした。

Room was clean and well laid out. We really appreciated the extra pillows in the wardrobe.

The hotel was very clean and offered all the necessary amenities. The staff were professional, polite, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. The room itself was excellent for my four-day visit—comfortable, well-maintained, and well-suited for a short stay. The location was also very convenient. It was within walking distance of key areas, and there was a bus stop directly across from the hotel, making transportation very easy. I even had a bus route that stopped right in front of the hotel. Everything in the area was very well connected, especially if you want to visit the Old Town or use public transport. The metro was only a couple of bus stops away, providing easy access to the central station and the airport. Overall, everything was very well organized and convenient. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff is great, location close to the Gardens/park, and city center, perfect. The hotel needs to be updated. Such a beautiful building, but the rooms need some love, specially the showers. Also, why not open the bar area? Just a suggestion.

Welcoming staff and convenient for reaching the museums and train station. Close to a beautiful park. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The only downside is the smoke alarm on the ceiling right above the bed which has a rather bright blinking light that might annoy some.
