総合評価とレビュー La Grande Residence Vancouver at The Sutton Place Hotel

スタッフの皆さんがとても親切でした。日本人スタッフの方は勿論、ドアマンさんも素敵。セキュリティーもしっかりしているし、キッチンはありがたかったし、大きな不便は何もなく快適に過ごせました。子ども連れの大所帯だった事もあり、ここを選んで良かったです。 数点気になった事は、プールに行くときに自分の部屋からローブを着ていかないといけない事はあらかじめ知っておきたかった。コーヒーや水が、清掃の際に補充されないのはちょっと残念。キッチンに電子レンジがあればと何度か思った。ぐらいです。 また是非利用したいのは変わりません。ありがとうございました。

立地は最高、特に街でのショッピングや個店レストランを廻りたい人には良いと思います。隣にスーパーもあり、便利。 部屋もイメージ写真通りです。ハウスキーパーが丁寧で清潔感も問題なし。 ネガティブな所は、ウォシュレットは付いていない。トイレ、Bathと洗面が併設なので混雑することがありました。

夫婦と子供3人合計5人で一部屋で過ごせたのと、テーブルもキッチンも付いていて、本当に便利で過ごしやすかったです！ 隣にスーパーがあったのですが、キッチンがあったため、何度も通いましたし、割引券ももらえて とても助かりました。 絶対にまた利用したいです。 スタッフの方もみなさん良い方で感謝しています。ありがとうございました。

施設、立地とも大変良かった

1. ロケーション的にはベイエリアから少し離れているが、歩いて行けるので不便ではない。 2. 思った以上に広くベッドルームの他にキッチンやリビングがあり快適に過ごせました。

バス停、電車の駅にも徒歩で行け、すぐ近くに遅くまで開いているスーパーもあり、とても便利な立地です。 賑やかな通りに面しているため、緊急自動車のサイレンの音が良く聞こえますが… キッチンの設備も十分です。 オーブンレンジ、食洗機はもちろん、エスプレッソマシーン、コーヒーメーカー、トースターまでありました！ ソファーベッドの寝心地は…仕方ないですかね？ 機会があったらまた利用したいです。

大人2人、子供3人（7,4,1歳）連れで2ベッドスイートを利用しました。ホテルはダウンタウン中心部にあり、周りにレストランやベーカリー、スーパーもありどこに行くにも非常に便利でした。スタッフはフレンドリーで丁寧でした。施設は新しくはありませんが、部屋が広くキッチン、冷蔵庫、レンジ、食器も揃っていて清掃も行き届いていて快適に過ごせました。プールは温水ジャグジーがあり、小さい子供もお風呂の様に温まれます。ランドリーもあります。 一点だけ、ネット環境がよくなく、wifi接続してもなかなか繋がらなかった事が残念でした。 それ以外は快適に楽しく過ごせましたので、また機会があったらぜひ宿泊したいと思いました！

We checked in and the first thing I asked the man at the desk was if they could get us a van for the cruise ship the next day. There were 5 of us with 10 suitcases so we couldn’t fit in one car. He was adamant that the hotel had no van service or any way to get us a van so I said then I would request 2 Ubers, which I did. The next morning the doorman asked me why I didn’t get a van and I told him what I was told. He said absolutely they could have ordered us a van so I feel disgusted that the guy appeared to just not want to accommodate us. He was also very brisk and not very friendly. The room was ok but definitely needed to be refurbished, especially the main bathroom. The location was great and we got around easily. We stayed there in 2017 and wanted to go back as it had been great . It’s amazing how one person can make a difference!

Great location, spacious suite for our family of five, very quiet. Could use a bit of an update but otherwise a perfect place to stay.

Great hotel for family trip~~

The two bedroom suites are fantastic and the grocery store across the street is great. Plenty of good restaurants and shops you can walk to. My only complaint is that the entire pool area being tile floor is dangerous and I’ve seen several people slip. I wear sandals right up to the edge of the pool and spa or else I’d be falling too.

Quiet and spacious rooms with balcony. Kitchen well stocked for coffee, tea, or espresso. Breakfast buffet was delicious.

great place, the area where the hotel is. The best part of it is the indoor pool. My son loved it so much!

The parking garage was tight and limited, hotel was not well maintained could see lot of wear and tear. Needs to be updated

Property was in a great location and well-appointed. Hotel charged my credit card a higher amount than is on my folio.

This is an older hotel in need of renovation. We routinely stayed here frequently 20 to 30 years ago, and it was truly a five star experience. At that time, the lounge was called Gerard’s, and was open noon to midnight. Not anymore. Now opens at 6pm. First room that they assigned us was terrible, dingy, somewhat dirty and no central air. They had a stand alone AC unit off to the side of the living room that was duct taped together. Anyway, we complained and we got a second better suite. Front office staff were average, not a lot of smiles. Restaurant staff awesome, especially the taller young blonde woman who went out of her way to give us great service (my wife and I). Doormen at hotel entrance very good as well. Prices somewhat high, but it is Vancouver! Location is excellent, you can walk pretty much everywhere downtown. Parking is a little tight, so don’t bring a pickup truck here! I would still recommend the hotel, just don’t expect a five star experience and suite.

The staff, room (2 bedroom suite) and location were perfect for our vacation. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
